It is distributed over 2 floors, decorated in a colonial style with a modern twist, located in a private residential area just 900 meters from the central park, with a 24-hour security booth. And private parking; and for long stays we have cleaning service once a week included at no additional cost.

My apartment doesn't have parking, but the street is quite safe. There is an option for nearby public parking.
