Tutto come da aspettative, casa molto pulita fornita di asciugamani per la spiaggia. La housekeeper è meravigliosa, disponibile, sempre cordiale e sorridente. Ogni giorno ci chiedeva se volessimo far pulire l’appartamento. Ottima posizione per la spiaggia, a detta nostra, più bella dell’isola raggiungibile a piedi a soli tre minuti. Il passaggio per la spiaggia va un po’ sistemato, ci sono molti arbusti da tagliare o rimuovere.

View, view, view! The view of the ocean all throughout the dining room, living room and balcony is spectacular! The hotel building is nice. The Italian restaurant, Casa Calabria, in the hotel lobby is amazing. Samantha was super friendly and accommodating- she allowed us to have a later check out for a fee. She lives in the building, so she’s right there if you need anything. The penthouse is very large - with two bedrooms- one with two beds for our children and the other with one bed for us - each with their own updated bathrooms. The rest could use some updating- but that didn’t take away from the incredible view and wonderful host. Thank you, Samantha, for everything! Even our small dog loved it!

We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

The communication was very comforting from the moment we booked. Berenice really aims to please , she is quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo is exactly like the pictures , the surroundings are much and beautiful, everything was as expected and more ! I felt supported and guided with any questions or concerns, she was quick to answer and always with a smile . I will hopefully be back many times to come !

This place is so peaceful and beautiful. The bed was amazing, ac and fan kept us cool in this hot weather, bathroom was cute and had hot water, we felt very safe and walked home from visiting a friend. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to great location of restaurants and the beach. The place is nice and quiet. Check in / out was easy and quick. Marjorie was extremely fast and responsive to any needs. Would stay again! :)

Nice unit in a central location. The bedroom is air conditioned while the bathroom, kitchen, and living room were not. It wasn't too hot in the other rooms in May, but it did mean that there were mosquitos around. Very close to the beach and not too bad of a walk to Condado to the west. There isn't much of a reason to walk east.

Durante nuestra estadía disfrutamos mucho del lugar, su tranquilidad, la piscina, lo cercano de la playa Dominicus una preciosa playa. En definitiva, fue una gran experiencia familiar y volveremos a utilizar este mismo alojamiento en futuras vacaciones.

This was our first time travelling with two little kids (4 and 1). This location was great as it had a pool, elevator for our stroller, and was a core floor so no stairs. We easily could go to the pool with our stroller and walk to the beach. We also walked to the grocery store and made food in the condo. We loved our stay!

I had a fabulous time staying here! Can’t wait to go back and I’ll certainly stay here again and again!!

A mi familia y a mi nos encanto facil acceso, comodo de transitar, parqueo disponible y cerca del monumento, definitivamente volveriamos a hospedarnos.

We stayed here during Tortuga festival and it was a great spot. Carlos was SO responsive and helpful when our flights kept getting changed. The room was exactly like the photos. Area is walkable, 10 min walk from the beach, a publix is across the street, and a water taxi stop is right out the front door. Only small con is the front desk (which he warned us about and unfortunately can’t do anything about) was SO slow for anything you needed and wasn’t very nice. It took us almost 30 mins to check in because there were 2 people in front of us in line. But once you’re checked in you don’t need them anyways. Didn’t have a car but I think parking it was pricey, something to confirm if you plan on driving. Overall we would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again!!

While there was an issue that resulted in the room we secured being unavailable, Ynda was very apologetic and secured us a comparable room at the same location. This was a gift for my parents, and the new host treated them to lunch and a late check out. The location was lovely and they had a great time walking to the beach. Ynda gave great recommendations well in advance of the stay so we could research and pick the favorite places to visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Buccaneer - the staff are wonderful, very friendly and helped with arranging transport, providing recommendations etc. There is a small shop at the reception to buy water/drinks which was very useful as there’s no other supermarket in walking distance. The apartment was great with a comfortable bed and kept very clean. We stayed here for the beach (Buccaneer also provide beach towels), and the bay is stunning - there were always plenty of sun beds available on the dedicated section of beach throughout our stay and we enjoyed the bbq stand and the floating tiki bar in the bay. The beach is busier with cruise passengers between 10am-4pm but otherwise very quiet. For nearby restaurants - we enjoyed an evening meal at Ana’s and Salt Plage restaurant is decent for breakfast/lunch. Casa Roots was definitely our favourite place for sunset cocktails/evening meal - gorgeous place and good and highly recommend.

Our stay at the Viola’s place in Aruba was absolutely incredible — and the location was a huge part of what made it so special. Tucked away just minutes from the beach, we had the best of both worlds: peaceful comfort and quick access to everything the island has. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and we loved being able to enjoy Aruba like locals, rather than tourists at a big resort. The apartment itself had a huge lovely terrace, which became our favorite spot to unwind after a day at the beach or out snorkeling. If you’re looking for a relaxed, beautiful place to stay in Aruba with an unbeatable location, this is the right place .

El lugar Corresponde con las fotos, esta muy limpio y bonito, los atardeceres en la terraza son lo mejor, además que don Fernándo siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades y nos daba recomendaciones de lugares a visitar.

We kregen dagelijks een met zorg gemaakt ontbijt. De hele plek was eigenlijk mooier en meer zorgvuldig verzorgd dan de foto's lieten blijken. De wifi had nog wat problemen maar dat was duidelijk aan de voorkant gecommuniceerd. Dit wordt opgelost binnen afzienbare tijd. Een fantastisch zwembad, een goed geoutilleerde keuken waar je daadwerkelijk zelf kunt koken. Zeker waar voor je geld. Raysa besteed veel aandacht aan de details. Je bent op loopafstand van Playa Bonita. Met een auto is het een perfecte rustige uitvalsbasis om de regio Las Terrenas te verkennen, weg van de drukke hoofdwegen.

Un buen lugar si quieres estar cerca de la zona de vida nocturna en playa, eso si, el sonido inicia 7 y termina en la madrugada. Una buena experiencia y volvería a reservar con ellos.
