This cottage is in an ideal spot in Key Largo. The amenities here are outstanding - two docks, snorkel gear, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and sailing! Great restaurants are within walking distance, too!

We stayed here for the 2025 Air and Sea show. There were a total of 8, 2 of which are 3 and 5. The condo is spacious and the rooms are great. At no point did anyone feel on top of each other. There is an indirect view of the ocean, but that did not matter for us as we were on the beach for the show. Very very minor upgrades could be useful, but this is a condo on the beach that I am sure is usually always booked. Justin is SO responsive, and will help in any way possible. He gave so much information that no locals could really use. (We live here) He was so flexible with check- in, which was a concern of mine with a 3 year old that still naps. He also gave us choices for a later check out if we decided. Highly recommend!

Place corresponding to the photos, easy to get to and access, better to rent a car because the distances that seem minimal on the map are actually important, and taxis always take advantage of tourists. However, great location in the hotel area, 5 minutes by car from the most modern shopping centers and 15 minutes from Cancun Airport

We had a great couple of days here, Patricia is a great host and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even in a big resort like this. This place is a lot of bang for your buck. The room is bigger than it looks in the photos, my kids loved the merphy beds. We were 4 and didn't feel crowded. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking. Notice that if you want to use the gym you'd have to arrange it in advance it's not that straightforward, this is a huge place, we didn't use the resort's beach but it looked nice, we used the pool once- it's very big, it wasn't heated at all but I'm not sure if other places won't also have the same. We had a car and explored some beaches. Simpsons Bay wasn't my cup of tea, but that's because it was packed with people so I guess a lot of people do enjoy it.

Great area. It included very well rendered housekeeping service. Good amenities, spacious environments. Great sea view. The question of the daily value is related to the New Year period that is one of the most expensive of the year, considered high season. I highly recommend this property.

Cedric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded to all our inquiries within moments. He was kind, caring and always helpful. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, clean and had a spectacular view. Airport transportation was worry free. There was always an endless supply of snacks and various meal options to enjoy. The staff overall are amazing, making your stay wonderful. A few comments that I have regarding the resort are no reflection of Cedric. We paid for wifi service and it was not accessible most of the time. Trying to address the service issues was frustrating. Although we understand the process for evening dinner reservations, doing it every few days rather than every day would be easier. Of course you can always go to the buffets which are great. Beautiful resort to enjoy sunshine, relax time and priceless views. Reserve your experience through Cedric. You won’t be disappointed!

Hotel is located in a great location in Sunny isles. Hotel and room was great. This is a great place when traveling with families and kids. Feels like a resort. Service is great. Room is conveniently located on 5th floor so you can get up and down very quickly. Highly recommend this place! Thank you.

This Wyndham property was absolutely beautiful — clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was having access to their other Wyndham property right on the beach, which was a huge bonus. It made getting to the ocean easy and convenient. I’d definitely stay here again!

We were amazed by this property. pics weren't exactly like the unit we got, but very comparable. it was the first floor in the building closest to the beach. It was steps to the pool, the ocean and a bar Rita at the front desk was very helpful. p.s. the beds were very comfortable

We give Victor/Hugo 5 stars & Sandos itself maybe a 3. This the real deal — Victor/Hugo's resort access got us a great high room on the beach side & ability to separately purchase the black Royal Elite VIP wristbands with all its perks. We saved considerable cash by booking the room through Victor/Hugo & the wristband separately. Victor/Hugo did a better job telling us about the perks and checking on us than Sandos' VIP concierge did! They have ZERO control over the Sandos op itself, so I give them full credit. Just be aware that Sandos Cancun is def a budget all-inclusive even at VIP level (subpar food, cold hot tub & pools, three pools but no swim-up bar, roaming servers would disappear for hours, the only outdoor bar was usually closed, early morning towel battle even for VIP area chairs/beds, male staff in women's hydro area, "VIP concierge" declined late checkout but front desk granted it moments later), so I'd 100% book thru Victor/Hugo again but prob not this Sandos.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay here. Everyone was welcoming and down to earth. Will definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Barbara’s property. From the moment we arrived Barbara went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The communication was smooth and prompt, making check- in and check- out a breeze. The place itself was exactly as described in the listing. Barbara has clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming environment, with small touches like fruits, snacks that truly enhanced the experience. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Barbara’s place. The hospitality and attention to detail made our visit not only enjoyable but genuinely unforgettable.

Overall I enjoyed my stay . we were there for 4 days . the amount of extra fees that we p aid and no housekeeping services, I feel was not right. The limetree dropped of lines and towels that were left at our doorstep. That's the only thing I did not like. Everything else was ok

It's a nice way to access the Fontenbleau amenities. Very nice and well done. And reasonably priced.

The VIP experience and access to club member pricing was an AMAZING deal!!! The jungle literally meets the Ocean at Sandos Caracol. It is the only all inclusive resort in the area that has both Mayan ruins and a natural Xenote (spring fed pool) on the property. We saw Monkeys, Coati, Agouti, Turtles, Yucatan Jay Birds, Curassow, Yucatan Parrot, and many different Iguana and Lizards roaming about the property. At one point during our visit a spider monkey walked up to us and sat next to us for a few seconds. I have pictures and videos of it, it was one of the highlights of our trip for our 9 year old. The rooms are spotless, the amenities are incredible (water park slides were a hit). The drinks of all kinds are a 10/10. 7/10 at the buffets and 8.5/10 at the restaurants. If all you want to do is lay by the beach and drink umbrella drinks there are other resorts. If you love nature, suspension bridges, natural springs, and learning of cultural history this is the resort to go to.

We had a wonderful time very clean and perfect all the access to the Atlantis. We went for my husband‘s birthday and we had a wonderful time. I will definitely return. I give it five stars.

This is a beautiful place. Beautiful condo. Beautiful resort. You can choose all inclusive, a la cart, or do it yourself, which is the best and cheapest option. The people are very nice at the resort. We liked that the catamaran trip was included in the price. The beach was very close to the resort. We would like to thank you very much for the stay. This was a fantastic offering at a fantastic time share resort operated by a well known and reputable brand. We did check in well after 4pm and was surprised a room was not ready for us but the fabulous on site reception team worked hard to get us a room as soon as they could. The two bedroom villa rooms were amazing and produced a home away from home feel and the resort facilities were excellent. We were worried that the location would be too far from everything but we need not have been worried and it was perfect!

This Airbnb is in a hotel. The hotel has multiple suites consisting of different apartments. It’s extremely clean and beautifully designed. This place is located right on the beach in a great location. Just walk down the beach to multiple restaurants and bars. There was a leak in the first unit and we had to be moved to another unit. The reason I did not give a bad review was because the host was super responsive and handled everything wonderfully. Plus the new three bedroom unit was a major upgrade. Extremely professional helpful and responsive host We all definitely come back very soon

This resort was absolutely stunning, and we will definitely be visiting again! The beaches and pool were perfect and the Bakers Cay staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. Both restaurants on site were also delicious and very conscientious of any allergies. I will say that since this particular Airbnb host is actually a third-party company, the communication was a little bit poor (they could not provide me with a confirmation number); however everything worked out great and the hotel had our room ready for us.

Gary’s condo was clean and the location was excellent. It’s right on the beach within walking distance of stores and an excellent breakfast spot across the street called Stonewall’s which is a 5 minute walk. Excellent, safe parking in a parking garage. The bed was very firm but comfortable which we loved. All around great spot for a beach vacation. We would stay there again without hesitation!!

Great stay, will be back. Easy walk to beach and centrally located to walk to restaurants and other areas. Superfood close by was also great!
