The villa is absolutely beautiful. It looks just as it does in the picture with the incredible view and clean, considered interior. But what you can’t see is the beautiful construction. Every detail is perfect. Kothreas is at the top of a mountain but it’s easy enough to drive to the delightful seaside villages of Fiskardo and Assos and the extraordinary beaches in northern Kefalonia. The mountain village is charming and rustic with walnut, fig and pomegranate trees, stone buildingd and surrounding hillside that smells of wild thyme & oregano and where you hear goat bells. Nearby there are authentic and excellent mountain tavernas and larger villages like Maganos. The pool is absolutely lovely. We paid to get it heated which was money well spent as our kids stayed in it for hours. Foula and her team were incredible hosts. So kind, informative and welcoming, and it was amazing having a housekeeper every second day. Thank you so much - we hope to be back! Efcharisto!!

Ionian Breeze is a quiet beautiful house in a lovely location! We had a wonderful time exploring all the local areas by foot and with a car ( much needed on this island to get full benefit) Christina recommended some amazing walks, we found some wonderful places en route- ate in some great restaurants- Extraterrestrial in Exogi (book in advance for evening and not for the faint hearted drive!) Nostimon in Frikes ( can walk to ) Calypso in Kioni (great service and food, very pretty little harbour) Delicious in Stavros ( great local food and very interesting historical village, better to go in car) Found a great beach on one of our walks Marmagas, it was a little bit of a hike from Frikes (or do the whole circuit from Ionian Breeze ) there is a cabin there and the most delivious food! To come back to Ionian Breeze was a bonus !! Thank you

Villakalimera is the ideal stay for a beach vacation in Greece! The place is done tastefully in a classic eclectic style, and equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The location is excellent, a 15 minute walk through a trail through the forest will take you to a small beach, Magganos and Antipata have great dining options (highly recommend Astragalia & Picnic). Finally - Marzia & GianPiero went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!

We spent a wonderful week at Urania’s Luxury Villas on Lefkada – two adults and three children – and were truly amazed from the very first moment. The location is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by nature, with a stunning view of the sea. A beautiful walk leads to a small private beach – a real highlight. The villa itself is a dream: tastefully furnished, perfectly equipped, and filled with loving attention to detail. You can truly feel the special energy of this place – calming, inspiring, and simply unique. Urania is an exceptional host. Always available, warm, and thoughtful – yet never intrusive. Our children had the joy of painting Easter eggs and baking crêpes with her – an unforgettable experience for all of us. We will definitely be back. Thank you for letting us experience this magical place!

We had a lovely stay at this home! It’s wonderfully located at the end of a long bump track, close enough to Sivota for dinner, drinks and ice cream. Definitely need a car to get around but once you’re at the house you have a stunning infinity pool, a private path down to the sea and a hot tub. It’s quiet, calm and has a lot of character. Make sure to get a food, coffee and wine shop before you arrive with all the essentials. We’d love to come back again! Our second time in Sivota and this was a brilliant base. We were 4 adults and 4 children / babies!

This was our second stay here and we knew what to expect. The changes made since our last stay were exceptional. A warm welcome, a responsive host who made every effort possible to ensure our stay was exceptional. Would highly recommend staying here

The apartment was simply awesome and is even better than in the photos! The outdoor area is fantastic and the view of the sea is so great! We were received in a very friendly manner and felt right at home. When we arrived, milk, fruits, cheese, ham, Greek yogurt & water were in the fridge! In addition, fresh rolls & honey were there. We were very pleased about that! The apartment is huge and clean. In addition, it is very well equipped and we lacked nothing!!! The location is great too. It's not far to Lixouri on foot! Communication with the landlords was also great! We can recommend the apartment 100%! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING🫶!

Very responsive host ,location was perfect for Myrtos beach and nearby amenities . Driving in this part of the island is also good, with reasonably good roads.

Wow! This place is truly magical. Breathtaking views, a gorgeous pool terrace, spacious & comfortable interiors- All located in a beautiful village in the hills, conveniently located 10 mins drive from stunning beaches. Athina was so helpful with local knowledge & places to see, we had a superb time as a family of 8. She left a welcome pack of local fruit & veg aswell as honey, jam & wine, cheeses & butter. We felt so welcome and at home. There’s a mini market 5 mins walk away with all the basics & larger shops in small towns in 15 mins drive. Delicious & friendly restaurants & tavernas within 15 mins. The area is easy to drive around. Top 3 hot spots: Vouti beach/ Taverna, Assos & Fteri beach on the water taxi. My 10 year old loved feeding the village cats & seeing the goats walk past with their bells. Great places to swim, snorkel & jump off rocks - The water is the most turquoise I have ever seen! Forever memories made. This house, Kefalonia & Nifi has stolen our hearts.

Communication with the host and check in went very fine. The house is big on a beautiful location. It has two terraces, both really nice and inside you got everything you need. There is a bit noise coming from the road, apart from that all was fine.

The accommodation at Basil's fit perfectly into a beautiful vacation! Large and well-equipped apartment in the quiet village of Dragano. We didn't meet Basilisa, we contacted her via cell phone, but everything was fine. His father brought us new towels and bed linen, and he also does repairs in the apartment if necessary. The beds are large and comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped, it is possible to cook. Even after the hot June days, the house was not too hot and you could sleep without using the air conditioning. We especially enjoyed breakfast with the buzz of bees and the beautiful smells of flowers. A parking space is provided behind the house, in the shade. The whole island is very hilly, so this house is located in such a way that parking at first seems problematic due to the downhill, but in fact it is very easy to park sideways and backwards. It is a maximum of 30 minutes' drive to the most beautiful and picturesque beaches in Lefkada, from Kathisma in the north to Porto Katsiki in the south. We will be very happy to come back again!!!

WOW. Just… wow. I honestly thought the place looked amazing in the photos, but seeing it in person completely blew me away, it’s even more stunning in real life! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole vibe of the place is peaceful and relaxing. It felt like the perfect escape. The host went above and beyond, everything I could possibly need was already prepared: snacks, fruit, even wine to enjoy while taking in the view. It’s the little thoughtful touches that made the experience feel extra special. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. This was way more than just a stay, it was an experience. 100% would come back!

Staying in the villa feels like staying at home: it’s cozy, well equipped, decorated with love and Angie and her family are all incredibly nice. A huge bonus- they can prepare food for you which is with home grown vegetables and tastes amazing. We had no issues with the check in or when leaving and I feel we were very lucky to have found this place. If you want peace and quiet, a gorgeous view and the privacy of a whole house, this is your place. 🧡

WOW! This Villa was insane, unimaginably beautiful, the views are unparalleled. We all had the best time, such a relaxing and peaceful place. The pool is a great size, cold as we were out if season but still great! We couldn't fault the villa at all, it had everything we needed! What absolutely made our stay was our host, Spiros, he was simply the best. Very friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about us having a great time. He recommended the best places to see, things to do and locations to eat. Nothing was too much trouble for him when we made requests and we liked him so much, we invited him to have a drink at a local bar with her (he recommend the place and it was fantastic) he was a great laugh, he is an absolute credit to Diodati Villas! The villa is enough to make us want to return but Spiros has made us all start thinking about when we can return. Thank you for making our holiday so magical, especially because my wife & I were celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary

Heaven on earth! The location is quite breathtaking and the villa is perfectly positioned to be near enough to Spilla Port but remote to enjoy a peaceful holiday. We had a rib for most of our stay which I would thoroughly recommend as having the private beach and option for mooring made for a perfect holiday. The villa is in need of a bit of updating in places and could be better provisioned but this did not spoil our holiday in any way. The owners communicated really well and helped solve any issues that arose and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

The island of Cephalonia is worth the trip. Our stay at Lambros made the vacation a perfect travel experience. The actual and brilliant hostess on site is Maria, the mother of Lambros. She lives next door and receives and accompanies the guests with great warmth throughout the entire period of the stay. She spoiled us with cake and jam and provided us with fresh laundry and helpful tips. The kitchen is very well equipped and the large terrace overlooking the sea is the heart of the accommodation. On the upper floor are two small bedrooms with not quite as comfortable spring mattresses. The house is easily accessible by (rental) car and the village of Farsa, conveniently located not far from Argostoli, is a good starting point for excursions. In summary, a highly recommended place to stay that is worth visiting again. We really found it hard to say goodbye. Thanks Maria for your warmth❤️!

Dimitris was an amazing host, super welcoming and clearly takes pride in seeing his guests have the best time possible duringtheirstay. The wine and patisserie were really lovely and unexpected touches. The villa was perfect for us and the pool / terrace really makes Villa Zoi special. Kefalonia itself is a beautiful and unspoilt island and Villa Zoi was the ideal base to explore from. Thank you for a great family holiday.

Wow wow wow. We had the BEST stay in the most breathtaking and idyllic location. We were in all of the view from the pool and the Terrace. It was amazing to be able to pick our own fruit from the beautiful gardens….apricots, plums and lemons!! The hosts were super helpful and discreet, respecting our privacy but equally available and in communication when needed. The pool was immaculate, cleaned regularly and just perfect. The villa had everything we needed and more… treats left for us and lots of practical items left also like bin bags and tin foil!! All it all it was a dream. We’re looking at booking next year. If you want isolation, perfection and tranquility you can’t beat Villa Serenity.

The hosts were so lovely and helpful. They very kindly gave us a welcome hamper of food for our first morning and gave us early check-in and late check-out. They even gave us a hamper with nappies and some supplies for the baby which was so kind and thoughtful. The villa is beautiful, clean and is even nicer than the photos can show. We hired a car as there isn't a huge amount in the immediate area but it's so peaceful and it's really easy to get taxi's if you don't have a car. We will definitely book again on our next visit to Kefalonia. Thank you again x

The villa had amazing outdoor space. The place was clean and spacious. We were met by George who showed us around and was always quick to reply to any queries. This was a lovely place to stay. Need a car but that made exploring better. Vasiliki is a lovely resort

This is a beautiful home, I think the views are even better than what photos show, they do not do justice. The home was very clean and well equipped, perfect for a group or just two people. Within ways distance of local shops with fruit and basic goods, Picnic is a great spot for breakfast, just a few minutes drive. Fiskardo and easy drive down which is great for dinner. Absolutely recommend and will return.

If you’re thinking about booking a stay at Villa Rosa, don’t, just book it. To say the photographs don’t do it justice is an understatement, this place is truly paradise. If you look one way you experience magnificent vistas over the Ionian Sea and look another and you experience the majesty of the Kefalonian mountains… it’s simply stunning. Then, there is Joy… wow what an incredible woman. In all my years of travel I’ve never met a more professional, kind and caring person in my life. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, Joy made us feel at home and like we were part of her wonderful family. She took us personally to our accommodation which was wonderful (again better than the pictures) and helped us to get well appointed with the area and the villa. Each day Joy greeted us at breakfast (which is to die for by the way) and would give us personal recommendations for places to eat or visit all over the island… all of which were incredible… we will back!

Very nice villa in an unbeatable location - right on the beach, short walk to restaurants, bars, shop, watersports. Pool is small, but it’s a lovely place to sit out - poolside furniture must have been replaced since other reviews, we found it fine. Terrace is a great place to eat dinner or take in the view. Some more comfortable chairs here would have helped, but it’s a superb setting. The little garden is a bonus, with banana palms and lime and orange trees. Host was slow to respond before we arrived, but then very helpful with instructions, late check-out and dealing with household rubbish (dumpsters arrive and disappear sporadically). The beach is a beautiful place to sunbathe and also to swim, especially in the mornings when it is glassy flat. Perfect resort for us - plenty of eats/drinks but relatively undeveloped/non-touristy. A few snags stop it being ‘luxury’ - the kitchen units a bit beaten up, our bedside lights didn’t work - but aircon and showers were excellent
