And W/D There is a loft that overlooks the living area - contains 2 of the beds and a Full bathroom . There is a seasonal pool near the condos, as well as Access to the Bellaire Beach Club in the Summer! Shuttle service available to downtown, great for all seasons! Welcome to Tips Up, a residence in Golfside Condos at Shanty Creek Ski and Golf Resort. This first floor condo sits on the 18th hole of the Cedar River Golf Course designed by Tom Weiskopf and off the Purple Lift for skiing in/out. Enjoy the ease being situated right next door to the Lodge and it's amenities. The space also comes with use of the Lodge's outdoor pool, two hot tubs, and free shuttle bus between the 4 Villages and downtown Bellaire. We are located just 20 minutes from Torch Lake.
