Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Anzio

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Paolos Unterkunft. Mit eigenem Garten, Tischtennisplatte, Fahrrädern und generell allem was man braucht, lässt es sich super aushalten! Auch die Anbindung nach Rom ist schnell und einfach. Paolo hat immer schnell und freundlich auf Nachrichten reagiert und hatte immer mit hilfreiche Tipps parat. Wir bedanken uns !

Abbiamo scelto questa splendida villa ad Anzio come base per il matrimonio di nostro figlio, e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. La villa è estremamente spaziosa, in un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. Il giardino è semplicemente magnifico: curatissimo in ogni dettaglio, perfetto anche per scattare qualche foto ricordo speciale. Un altro aspetto che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato è stata la pulizia: impeccabile in ogni stanza, ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, come a casa. Ringraziamo di cuore i proprietari per la disponibilità e la cura con cui mantengono questa meravigliosa proprietà. Un soggiorno che ricorderemo sempre con affetto, in un luogo che ha reso ancora più speciale un momento così importante per la nostra famiglia

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Very friendly and helpful host. The place is exactly as advertised and located in a quiet place. The beaches are very easily reachable by foot.

En avslappende oase i Nettuno – anbefales på det sterkeste! Vi hadde en fantastisk uke i Nettuno, Italia, og dette stedet er virkelig en perle for de som søker en avslappende ferie. Omgivelsene var utrolig vakre, og det store, nydelige bassenget var et midtpunkt for mange fine dager. Vår vert, Sarah, var utrolig hjelpsom og imøtekommende. Hun var alltid tilgjengelig og sørget for at vi hadde alt vi trengte. En ekstra bonus var den nydelige huskatt som kom på daglige besøk – et kjærkomment innslag! Et lite minus var beliggenheten. Vi skulle gjerne hatt en leiebil, da veien til butikker, restauranter og selve tettstedet var litt risikabel å gå på uten fortau, og med biler som kjørte fort. Uber var heller ikke tilgjengelig, men heldigvis var lokalbefolkningen utrolig hjelpsomme med å ordne transport for oss. Til tross for dette, vil vi på det sterkeste anbefale dette stedet til alle som ønsker en avslappende ferie i rolige omgivelser.

Close to everything in Trastevere and within walking distance of all the major sights. It felt like home and it was so comfortable. Look no further for an incredible stay!!

Val and I had been on a walking holiday , from Sutri to Orvieto before our week at Gennaro's flat . We wanted a relaxing time and to cater for ourselves having had a week of hotels and Band B's . We also wanted to explore the area as my Dad had landed in Anzio in February 1944 and fought in the terrible battle to reach Rome . Dad was lucky, he got to go home raise a family and lived till he was 90 years old . So many were not so lucky including the Uncle of one of Val's friends who is buried in the Beachhead Cemetery . We wanted to visit his grave , pay our respects and take some pictures for his family . We achieved all these things and also had a great seaside holiday enjoying the weather and swimming in the beautiful clear water at Grotto del Nerone . Gennaro's flat is perfect having everything you could need without clutter .

This was our first time in Rome and we could have not selected a better place to stay. Everything was as described, Raffaella was a great host and provided excellent recommendations. Trevi Fountain right outside the window!!!

Our stay at Federico’s place was so lovely! Federico showed us the whole apartment and how everything worked at check in and we felt right at home right away. The view is amazing and the apartment is extremely spacious. We hope to stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were three of us, and the place was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Una casa bellissima in un contesto tranquillo, vicino ai servizi, a qualche minuto di macchina dal mare e dalla stazione del treno. Le stanze sono spaziose e funzionali, la pulizia impeccabile e si è immersi nel verde. Francesca e la sua famiglia sono stati discreti e presenti, aiutandoci in tutte le fasi del soggiorno e dimostrando la massima disponibilità. Speriamo di tornare presto e lo consigliamo vivamente!

The perfect Airbnb before an early flight out of Rome Airport. Lorenzo is an incredible and responsive host. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Easy to walk to get pizza and gelato. Highly recommend!

Sehr geräumig, simpel eingerichtet und gerade renoviert. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zu Fuß war alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar und Andrea hat immer schnell geantwortet. Super um den Sommer ausklingen zu lassen. :)

We appreciate the effort of helping us driving to train station - maybe it is not that far by walk, but if you have luggage it is always appreciated to get a drive and our host offered it. Thanks for opportunity to live in very nice place in beautiful Nettuno :)

If we could give more stars, we would! this was the most beautiful apartment and location, fairy tale surroundings and gorgeous gardens everywhere, church bells and a castle to explore. Walking distance to the metro. 4 amazing restaurants, bakery and gelato within mere steps from our door and a grocery store across the street. The apartment was very clean, beautifully furniahed and decorated, comfortable and self entry key access was easy. Frederika was extremely responsive, helpful and very nice. We would definitely stay again if in the area!!

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Cristiano was an amazing communicator. He gave us thorough check in instructions and also tips for Rome. We stayed in 8 cities all throughout Italy and this was my favorite! So clean and cozy. I loved the bedding and cute kitchen. Cristiano left wine, biscuits, and tea for us!

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is spacious, beautifully designed, and has an amazing view of the sea. One of my favorite features was the large rooftop — it’s green, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Aldo fera parti de nos plus beaux souvenirs de ce séjour à Rome. Depuis que j'utilise Airbnb, c'est la 1ère fois que je rencontre un hôte aussi exceptionnel. Une disponibilité incroyable, de la bienveillance, très réactif sans oublier ses précieux conseils, clés de la réussite de notre 1er séjour à Rome. De plus, sa bienveillance et sa citation "vous êtes en vacances", reflètent une personnalité hors du commun. Le logement est un havre de paix après une journée de promenade où Rome donne mais prend aussi de l'énergie. Tout est pensé pour vivre comme chez soi. Le logement est apaisant et chaleureux. Quartier reculé de Rome, le quartier est vivant mais calme. Tout est à porté de main, les commerces, les restaurants, les bars. Pour les transports, moi qui appréhende le métro, je l'ai utilisé systématiquement avec beaucoup de facilité. La station est à quelques minutes de l'apertement pour rejoindre tous les quartiers à visiter de Rome. Merci Aldo pour tous tes précieux conseils

Прекрасное место для отдыха, хозяин отзывчивый, помогал со всеми вопросами и отвечал на них практически сразу До конца не был уверен, что все будет так, как на фотографиях, но я сильно ошибался, ведь вживую все было даже лучше Единственные минус - это то, что дом находится в 30 минутах езды от центра города , а такси в риме стоит довольно таки недешево
