We really enjoyed our stay at Signal Ridge. The view over the mountains was just gorgeous. The inside of the home was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a simple dinner. The breakfast food items that were provided were so great too. Communication was fantastic. Would highly recommend, especially if you are planning a hobbiton visit the next morning, as it is only a 2 min drive away.

Well what can we say?! AMAZING! ❤️Antony & Yolanda’s house is simply BEAUTIFUL! The location is fantastic, a 2 min walk to the local supermarket/restaurants/bars & eateries. The beach also only a 2 min walk. We attended the Dawn Parade and it was such a luxury not having to worry about parking, everything really is on your doorstep. The house itself is lovely and spacious yet felt so cosy and homely. The hosts have put a LOT of thought and effort in to making you feel at home (and we did)! ❤️ From the cosy plush blankets, to the ping pong table (which was so much fun), everything was just magic! From our family to yours Y & A, a huge thank you! 😘❤️

We had the most amazing time staying at Krystie's place. The location is simply stunning, surrounded by rolling hills and farmland. However, shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. It's also in the perfect place for visiting the Hobbiton movie set, which was our primary reason for coming to the area. The farm animals are also great. My kids were delighted to get to feed the pig and the chickens (and I won't lie, I enjoyed it too!). We were lucky the first night and got a clear sky so we could do some stargazing - it was fantastic to be able to show my city kids the Milky Way for the first time. Our second night, it rained a lot, but we were warm and cosy inside the house and listening to the rain was relaxing and peaceful. The house itself is lovely. It's very spacious, the beds are super comfy and the kitchen has every piece of equipment you could possibly need. We felt right at home. Highly recommended- my only regret is we couldn't stay longer!

This house was exactly what we were looking for as a family of 5. The home was clean when we arrived and stocked with everything we needed. The provided sports equipment and access to the school court and field was a bonus! My children loved playing tennis & running around in the open field. The spa was well kept with clear instructions & our host was very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this home & will glady stay here again. Alec and Anna were exceptionally gracious hosts and provided much insight to the area and things to do. They treated me like family. My experience was amazing in every way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, great location and the kids loved looking at the toys on the shelf! We arrived later than we planned but John still came down and showed us around. Highly recommend staying here!

Breathingtakingly beautiful place with a stunning view of the lake. The living room was huge and cozy, filled with clean energy flowing throughout the space. The fireplace was such a huge bonus, especially on a cold wintry night. Stuart was friendly, responsive and communicative throughout our stay. We will love to come back! 10/10 recommend!

Jackson's place was really easy to find and it's only a minute walk to the shops and local restaurants. Not to mention, just across the road from the beach! The space itself was great, felt right at home, nice and private even with Jackson upstairs (although you'd never know it!). Would definitely stay again :)

Thank you to these kind and generous hosts, they both were so easy to talk with and so helpful. It was a perfect place to have a break at, I just wish that I could have stayed for longer. The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

We had such a lovely stay at Deb’s apartment! It was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at, and we have stayed at many. It was beautifully laid out, very comfortable, spacious kitchen and the proximity to the beach was ideal. The space was family friendly, and we felt very at home.
