Apartment holiday rentals in Apalachicola Bay

I booked this space last minute for a friend’s wedding weekend in Apalachicola, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond, which made everything so easy and stress-free. I loved having a peaceful place to unwind in between wedding events, and the location was ideal. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I’m so grateful I found this gem on such short notice. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Apalachicola, especially for special occasions!

This place is a total Gem! It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and has a private pool! This was a great location and love the fact that there are multiple units so you can make it a multi-family vacation without having to be cramped in one house.

My wife and I wanted a quiet getaway and this was the perfect place! Our unit was newly renovated with cool cement floors, a beautiful shower, new Casper king mattress. The semi private pool out the back was great after a long walk or bike ride. We shared it with the other renters just a few times, but had it to ourselves most of the time. The 2 air conditioning units kept us nice and cool during 3 days of 95+ temps. (bedroom got so cold at night I had to turn the unit up a few degrees). Just 1 block walk to the beach and easy walking distance to most restaurants and shops. Our Host Craig was A++ responsive and was easy to book with. He communicated well and his instructions were clear. Chanda and her husband are the local Property Managers and we're fantastic to work with. Friendly and quick to respond and gave some great restaurant recommendations!! We look forward to our next visit here!

Right in the heart of everything! Enjoyed our stay

A great place and long weekend for three of us! Easy walk to all of the downtown restaurants and bars. Easy check in and out. We’d love to stay again!

Scott, and Alex's place was just right for my gf, and I for 3.5 days. Very clean, quiet, and just the right size, lots of little extras like ice cream, tons of coffee, etc. at no extra charge. We are frankly kind of weary of chain Hotels, and all the stress that sometimes comes along with 1 or 2 people ruining things for everyone. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk or drive away, plenty of room on the beach, and for parking. We cant complain about a thing, and would definately reccomend, or consider staying here again.

We had such a good stay! The home is very clean and comfortable and the furniture, decor, and the landscaping are so pretty! They have done a lovely job making the space beautiful, comfortable, and feel like home. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. We really enjoyed our time in PSJ - our first time there, but definitely not our last. The town is great with an adorable downtown area and lots of shops and restaurants. Just a short drive to the beach or Cape San Blas.

Perfect condo spot for us to spend a few days at the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and canal, nice area to walk our dog (and so glad we could bring her!) and easy walk across the street to the beach. We LOVE Mexico Beach and would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay. Will come back agin

Our stay here was lovely, but what really stood out to me was the property manager. We had some car troubles on the way down, and she made sure we still had an enjoyable weekend getaway. Would absolutely stay here, again!

Had a wonderful time. Not a bad walk or drive to the beach. The beach was nice with few people on it so there was plenty of room. The apartment was super clean and welcoming. The host was so sweet and helpful. Sandwiched between Mexico Beach and Port St Joe so there was a wide of choice of places to eat. Will be going back!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and all the accommodations. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. Extremely peaceful and quiet neighborhood. This is a lovely little place. It was a little tricky to find but Fran‘s directions were very clear and helpful.

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an incredible stay at this beautiful beach house. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views, stylish decor, and thoughtful amenities. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation—including beach chairs, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the deck each morning was a dream. The location was ideal—just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shops, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious escape by the sea!

This was one of the best beach spots I have stayed in. First the place itself was equipped with every extra needed. Kitchen fully stocked, plenty of extra towels and blankets, toys and books, puzzles, board games… it had it all. The ac worked great as well and the space was plenty for my big family! Mexico beach is so beautiful and quiet to stay in and just a drive to Panama beach if you want to do some fun stuff for the kids but don’t want to stay somewhere with all the crowds! Would highly recommend Jeff’s place!!

Great location with awesome amenities. It's in a nice quiet area and the fishing right off the dock was good. It has a view of the ocean and the bay. I loved being able to walk out the door and cast a line for fish within maybe 2 minutes walking. The Gulf side beach is a short 5 minute walk. My family enjoyed it and the indoor elevator is a big help with luggage.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described, and was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We brought our two dogs, and they had a great time as well! They had extra water bowls and a bed for the pups, as well as some treats! The bed was VERY comfortable, and the place was very homey and it was super convenient to walk across the street to the beach. It was also conveniently located between Port St Joe and Mexico Beach (less than 10 minutes in each direction). I had a couple of questions before check in and both hosts were super helpful and friendly! If we visit the area again, we will definitely be booking with Amy!
