Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, renovated in August 2022. 2 bedrooms and a living room with full ocean view. 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with stove with oven and piped gas, refrigerator, coffee maker and brand new microwave. Living room with armchairs and double sofa bed, TV with Claro bock with Globoplay installed and 350 mega internet. There is air-conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and living room. Down below are restaurants and shops. In front of the beach and a block from Shopping Praia Mar. New flooring, new toilets.

Cozy and functional apartment with direct view of the entire beach of Santos on the 14th floor. Located in Aparecida, noble part of Santos, near the aquarium, ferry, shopping, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, snack bars, kiosks on the beach. Ideal to spend vacations and to enjoy the beach and relax. If you don't drive, the bus that arrives from São Paulo stops at 50 meters from the building. The condominium is open 24 hours a day.
