Amamos o apartamento! It is in a historic building, built in 1950, listed by the Cultural Heritage of Santos. Despite its age, it is very well maintained. The condominium is well organized, the staff very polite. The location is perfect! The apartment is very beautiful, well decorated, with utensils and furniture of good quality. The environments are wide, well-lit and everything was extremely clean. Township facing the sea is a great privilege, especially for those who like to see the huge ships, entering or leaving the port. The garage space is not private, it is rotating, as is most buildings in Santos. When we got to the garage was crowded so we left the car on the side street, in vacancies of the building itself. This area has cameras and is safe. Unfortunately in this period there was a very strong storm, with a large volume of water and many garages and streets flooded.
