Cozy and functional apartment with direct view of the entire beach of Santos on the 14th floor. Located in Aparecida, noble part of Santos, near the aquarium, ferry, shopping, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, snack bars, kiosks on the beach. Ideal to spend vacations and to enjoy the beach and relax. If you don't drive, the bus that arrives from São Paulo stops at 50 meters from the building. The condominium is open 24 hours a day. In summary, go have fun and come back relaxed.

Super comfortable and well-ventilated apartment in Santos, in front of the beach, 24-hour doorman, with several restaurants and shops around. Come and enjoy the beach, boardwalk, bike path and kiosks. On the same street as the Praiamar mall, two blocks away, with several stores, a movie theater, a large food court and two blocks from Macdonald's on the waterfront. It is 700 meters from the Sesc de Santos. We have 1 parking space, but the spaces are insufficient! Parking has valet.
