Pored zgrade je javni parking koji se ne plaća a odmah preko puta je mala trgovina. 50m od zgrade je pekara/zalogajnica Mlinar koja radi 7 dana u tjednu do kasno u noći. Gosti kažu da se ovdje osjećaju kao kod kuće :)
