River View Lisbon’s New Apartment

The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. Comfortable and near all amenities and transport. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and the underground is a 5 minute walk with a direct line to the old town. Biggest shopping centre in Europe is 5 minutes away. There are very few bookings on the calendar because it was only put on abnb on 18/6.
