Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Apennine Mountains

We had an incredible stay in this beautiful and cozy accommodation in Rome. It was very accessible by transit and the home had everything we needed. The neighbourhood needs a mention as well - everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful. So many local business owners went out of their way to assist us in every possible way. We will miss this neighbourhood so much. Masoud was very responsive and checked in to ensure we were having a good stay. I can’t recommend this place enough for other travellers. Thank you again for everything, Masoud!

Very well located accommodation next to the market square and the Old Port. The only drawback is that it's on the fourth floor, without an elevator, but there is a very beautiful view from the many windows of the apartment.

We enjoyed everything about Rafaele’s apartment and his hospitality. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, the sofa bed was already made up when we arrived. All furniture and fittings were modern and seemed brand new. The shower had hot water and the water pressure great. Rafaele really went out of his way to help us, firstly to arrange a driver to bring us from the airport as our plane arrived after 10pm and to research restaurants and activities for us. He gave my daughter a bag of puzzles and activities which he had bought as a gift and we thought was a special touch. The neighbourhood was family oriented with there being a playground next door to the train station, good restaurant and bakery options. Just a very authentic place which was perfect for our style of travel. I highly recommend this air bnb

Overall, a great stay. Location is perfect for walking and touring the sites. Apartment was ideal for us. Can get noisy during the evening hours as there's a festive restaurant just outside the apartment. The unit was well appointed and nicely decorated. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with recommendations and amenities. Would highly recommend the stay.

Great location with the sea just the other side of the road, and less than 10 minutes’ walk into the centre. The space was well equipped, compact and spotlessly clean, with a little patio for breakfast. Stunning islands with beautiful secluded beaches to be found. Thank you!!

The apartment is beautiful. It was impeccable, super well-equipped and close to the port, the Spanish neighborhood, Plaza Plebiscito and many other places. Carlo was very friendly and attentive to all our inquiries.

I really loved the historic building that the apartment is in, and the historic touches in the apartment itself - it felt like a authentic Napoli experience! I liked sitting on the balcony feeling like I was soaking in the neighbourhood. This is a very comfortable and well-equipped space. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper sachets - things I've had to buy and then leave at other AirBnBs. Maria and her husband were very kind and helpful, meeting me at the apartment and showing me how to use things. They even gave me some lemons from their own tree. Wish I could have stayed longer! The mini villa is very tastefully and lovingly furnished. It is amazing how well thought out 50 sqm can be divided. The crowning glory was the large terrace with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding hills. We enjoyed the tranquility. There are many shops and restaurants, but they can only be reached by car. You can reach the most beautiful beaches in 8 minutes, but also in 45 minutes on impressive hikes with cascades for swimming. Melanie is a super friendly host who is happy to help with any questions. It is very easy to reach. We recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

We had an amazing time. The appartment was great, super clean and had everything we needed. The farm was beautiful, nice places in the shade and a bunch of animals. We even got fresh eggs in the morning. Definite recommendation!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Fenice. Amelia & Kevin made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. They really have thought of everything from spare toothbrushes to beach towels! If you fancy giving Abruzzo a try you couldn’t choose a better place to stay

Sonia's house in the mountains really is a gem and definitely worth a stay. We stayed here for 12 nights as a family with two small kids. Everyone of us especially loved the pool, the whole atmosphere of being above Montecatini Terme and being able to look into the plane. We could see fireflies every evening once the sun went down. Pretty spectacular. Sonia and Luca were very welcoming and friendly hosts. Make sure to pay a visit to their shop downtown for wine, oil etc. There are plenty of places to visit nearby, especially of course Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, Florence but also Montecatini Terme itself where you can see the old spa tradition in the richness of its (nowadays at some points a bit run down) architecture. You definitely need a car and shouldn't be afraid of small windy roads. I enjoyed them however.

The hosts behaved incredibly well, they quickly answered all our questions, they gave us all the useful information about the house and the surroundings by constantly ensuring if all the need is met, I have only words of praise about them and the house that looks impeccable and did not miss anything. All the necessary accessories were present.

Manlio's place is incredible! He was super friendly, helped us arrange parking and a taxi to Ravello, and even helped us carry our bags up the stairs of Positano. He treats his guests like family and knows everything you could need to know about Positano. Beautiful view, very clean place, and tons to do in walking distance - just bring your walking shoes.

We enjoyed our stay in Lavagna in Alessandro's apartment, tastefully furnished, with quality equipment, spacious and very comfortable. The people in the neighborhood where we lived were very kind and we immediately felt comfortable. There is a baker and a fresh pasta caterer a few meters from the apartment which are a real plus. Alessandro was good advice, very friendly and responded quickly to all our questions, whether about the accommodation or activities in the area. We'll go back for sure.

We've just enjoyed several days in Marina's house. I believe it is the most well appointed property we have stayed in. A thoughtful host who more than anticipated any needs a person might have. The kitchen was well equipped and a pleasure to to work in. The terrace was expansive with a great view of one of the neighborhood's many quaint little beaches. We slept comfortably on high quality mattresses. All in all a fabulous experience. We were greeted by a very pleasant man, Fredrico. He immediately made us welcome and was very knowledgeable about all the needs a guest might have. I would not hesitate to recommend Marina's home and will stay there whenever I am in back in Genova.

If I could give this place 10 stars i would. It was the most amazing stay ever!! Riccardo and Lily are truly the best hosts with lots of recommendations and always there for anything you need. Lily’s decorations were so so beautiful and it’s in a really nice and secure area. I will 100% be back here in the future and i couldn’t recommend it enough!!!

We’ve never stayed in a B&B like this before. Pristine clean and absolutely loaded with amenities - everything that we could possibly want. And if there was something that we might have wanted, all we had to do is call and it would be taken care of - the host lives around the corner and is extremely responsive. The location also was perfect, near the promenade by the water, shops and restaurants, but on a quiet street that allowed for peaceful sleeps. What sets this place apart for us is the “way above and beyond” effort to ensure we had a real experience (which is what we wanted). We were asked what our interests were (culture, churches and food) and the recommendations completely fit our interests. Absolutely loved all the places we visited and the foods that we ate. We will miss this place and its culture. It’s truly special and left us with life-long memories.

Tiziana is a very kind and helpful host. The house is very nice, very clean and fully equipped. There is really EVERYTHING you need, including ingredients for dinner and breakfast, and products for home and personal care. You can see that everything has been carefully thought out and prepared. The sea is a ten-minute walk away, but the road is really quiet. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the apartment is very cool. The furnished terrace is the final gem. We dined outside every evening. Highly recommended, we hope to return soon!

Giuseppe’s place was the best place we stayed on our Italy trip! The place is filled with little details to help you feel a little more at home while traveling. The place is extremely clean and in a really central location. Giuseppe was also extremely communicative and helpful. Highly recommend you stay here in Bologna!
