It consists of the main bedroom with a double bed & a second room, which has the uses of a living room, kitchen & leads to the bathroom, while above them, there is an open elevated bed, with 2 single mattresses. Not suitable for children under 7 years old (see & below).

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο μικροσκοπικό αυτό σπίτι,που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Αποίκια της Άνδρου δίπλα στη πηγή Σάριζα. Το σπίτι αποτελείται εσωτερικά από μία κρεβατοκάμαρα και ένα μπάνιο συνολικά 15τμ. Εξωτερικά διαθέτει κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα,αυλή με τσιμεντοκονία και κτιστό καναπέ. Ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 και βρίσκεται κάτω από το μονοπάτι που οδηγεί στους καταρράκτες της Πυθάρας. Περιστοιχίζεται από μποστάνια με βιολογικά λαχανικά και αιωνόβιες ελιές.

The famous beaches Piso Gialia, Nimporio and Gialia are at a 10' distance by car. The house is spacious and accommodates up to 4 persons, offering a relaxed and safe environment. It is reached after a 5' minutes walk from the municipal road / parking area, through a traditional stone pathway.

It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
