Beautiful cottage with gorgeous mountain views and bordered by a trout stocked branch of the East/South Fork New River near Parkway in Boone! Located within 5 minutes of Boone Golf Course, restaurants, shopping and Appalachian State University. Our cottage offers 2 spacious bedrooms with tvs, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. It has a cozy living room with a gas log fireplace and huge tv! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet coffee bar! We also offer Nestle Cottage next door if needed.

Propane fireplace, two mini-split ac/heaters, two tv's fully loaded, full size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, loft with queen bed. Covered porch with grill and hot tub, fire pit out back.

Just minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, downtown Blowing Rock, Tanger Outlet shopping, and Tweetsie Railroad (in the summer you can hear the "choo-choo" from the porch!) and also convenient to Boone (15 minutes drive), Grandfather Mountain, Julian Price Park, Moses Cone Park and lots more! No pets allowed due to allergies.
