Welcome to our studio located in the heart of Nevers, a few steps from all shops and in the historic center. You can enjoy the calm offered by this charming studio located on the ground floor of our townhouse and overlooking a pretty tree-lined courtyard. After a day of vacation or work, you will be able to relax in peace. The studio has kitchen, living and sleeping areas with a 160 x 200 cm bed + mattress topper. The most comfortable bed in Nevers. We offer you a home on the ground floor of our old stone house which includes: a spacious living room, with kitchenette, seating area and a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people; 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140cm and 1 pull-out bed that can be transformed into 2 single beds (see photo); and a bathroom, spacious also, with bathtub and walk-in shower. The room and bathroom overlooks our beautiful garden and the living room on a small courtyard protected from the road.

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
