Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Nice 27 m2 duplex, completely renovated, mixing modern and old. It has a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, an upstairs bedroom and a terrace (you may meet Suzie our adorable dog). There is old parquet flooring and period tiles. The apartment is attached to our house. Located in the city center in the Colbert district, a 2-minute walk from the hyper center. Free parking is a 1-minute walk away.

Escape to Bec d'Allier, which is located at the confluence of the Loire and Allier rivers. This peaceful haven offers direct access to the beach and many walking paths. The starting point of the Loire by bike is 200 m away. Nearby, rent canoes to explore the longest river in France or join the stables of the Reserve for an equestrian getaway. The village of Apremont and its floral park is 8 km away.

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
