Very clean and friendly hostel in a nice location. Highly recommended.

Never stayed in a hostel before but this one is the best by far. It was so clean, everything was modern and the room was so comfortable. Even the shared bathroom was pristine. Extremely friendly host and very responsive by message. Also the outdoor restaurant served excellent food & drink

This stay was perfect. Francois and his wife are lovely people who know how to welcome their guests and make them comfortable. The place is a little paradise and I plan to return. During this long weekend…. I felt like I was on vacation and I really enjoyed it. Feel free to visit them.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hostal Rio Ara. The room was completely fine, with small fridge, terrace and a beautiful view. The shop and restaurant are an added value and you have everything you need.

The instructions were very accurate, including transportation. The great attention received is appreciated. The place is very nice, there are restaurants and a beautiful park. I would definitely repeat!

Overall the place was clean with daily room service in a good and very safe area and good value for money. The kitchen was just a room with a fridge, kettle & microwave with minimal utensils. My room had a balcony which was a bonus. The walls were not very soundproof.

A great place with a lot of tranquility and very good views, the heated pool with hydromassage was great

We had a great stay, one night but the welcome was perfect and the staff was super nice. a small note about the cleanliness of the floor was made but otherwise the rest was fine. We really fell in love with the city and its surroundings, maybe we'll come back if not me as a family. Thanks again

Great place to relax and unwind. Fantastic bed and shower, lovely after a long trip. Close to the touristy spots. Everything was very clean and the staff very attentive. Even the dog was thought of and there were food bowls and there was a pillow ready. Thank you!

We had an amazing time with my husband and our dogs! The hotel is super new and clean, you have everything you need in the room, I highly recommend it! David is a super host, very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back for all the reasons above and also because it is well connected by bus to the center on Donostia 😃

Having planned two days of rest for my aching legs, I chose JO&JOE for the atmosphere that seemed to emanate from it. More than compliant, the kindness and empathy that reign there filled me to the point of extending my stay for an additional day. The entire staff forms a real hive always directed towards customer service. Not only do I highly recommend it, but I will come back to share this experience

Aloha hotel is a perfect place to stay for a short visit of Pampelune. Good accommodation. In the center of the city. We can also cook and generally the breakfast is offered.

Simple comfort holiday center, frequented by hikers, or groups. However, a few rooms have their own sanitary facilities. Location close to Somport Pass, beautifully located, with view and calm, and very nice atmosphere. It's best to plan to have dinner on site, there are no restaurants or stores really close by. This center is well known in the area; I discovered it by chance , while I was looking to "cool down" and I spent a week there shiny and relaxing!

its great spot, close to everzthing you might need. price is reasonable, but do not expect 5star hotel. it is hostel, bathroom did look like it needs fixing, wallplugs were not attached to wall. but it was what i needed and staff was great. one downside was no alcohol from outside but it is understandable as it is large hostel.
