We had such a wonderful time and the place was close to the French Quarter and we could easily walk. The artwork in the home was beautiful, but I would worry about children around some of the artwork. The host was great and responded quickly to our questions.

Love the okra Inn such a beautiful historical home. Way more room than expected and super cozy for the family. Would return for next trip.

The house was so perfect, functional, comfy, and surprisingly accommodated nine people exceptionally well. We felt so at ease and happy that we could all fit so well. We loved the living room couch, multiple naps were taken there and it fit my two aunts side by side on one end! Just can't say enough how family friendly the house is. I felt closer to my family because it was an open concept; however, there was enough space between living and dining room to carry separate conversations. It was also really close to major attractions like Bourbon street, which was not as important for us this trip since tourism wasn't our main focus, but it was so easy to go for a quick jaunt into Jackson Square and Cafe Du Monde. The neighborhood seemed so safe, we all felt comfortable going out to our car late at night. And the neighbors were friendly. Also, with such a boisterous family I felt like we were able to still be ourselves. I'd definitely stay here again, we loved it.

Sehr netter Vermieter, immer gut erreichbar und wurde von sich aus aktiv, um uns zu helfen. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und ist schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, aber ins French Quarter braucht man zu Fuß doch fast 45 Minuten - das unterschätzt man leicht.

If you want to experience authentic New Orleans vibes in a 100+ year old shotgun, this is the place. The location is near plenty of bars and restaurants without being in the middle of the quarter. The owner was fantastic, and you can tell he put some love into this house. We got in late and had a minor issue, thinking he might respond the following day. Not only did he respond immediately, he fixed it within 15 minutes. We would absolutely stay here again.

If we go back to Nola I would absolutely stay here again. It was perfect for Dillard graduation ceremony. All my guest were comfortable and complete. Thanks for everything

We had a great time at Nancy's place. When you can impress three college-age students with an old house, you know you have something right! Not only was the place fun and funky, but there was lots of room to spread out during our downtime. Then there was Nancy herself!! She went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. She gave great recommendations and even shared folding chairs with us to go to a concert in a park. She helped us enjoy New Orleans like locals. We would definitely recommend her place.

Place had a lot of old and historic charm. Great living area for our party of 8 to hang out and spend time together. There is a long term tenant that stays in an attached apartment, but the house still feels really private. Overall a great place to stay for our trip!

The house was just what our family needed for our trip to NOLA. The location is perfect. It took us about 15 minutes to get to wherever we wanted to go. There are plenty of restaurants and markets close by and within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and felt very safe. The house was just as described and was a nice place to come back to after a long day exploring. The hosts supplied so many things that are often forgotten by travelers. The pool was a welcome respite after a long hot day. The house provides plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. NOLA definitely has its own vibe and this house allowed us to feel like the locals during our stay. Thanks for sharing.

We had a wonderful weekend at Mason’s place. It was so great having private pool to relax by. Walmart is literally behind the house so very convenient to get everything needed. Even hard liquor which I always forget LA has everywhere and you can buy anytime! From TX here and we can only buy liquor at specific stores and specific times so I’m always surprised when I see that. 🙂 Would definitely stay again at this little oasis.

Such a beautiful and spacious home. It was super easy to get into and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and using the pool. The neighborhood was very nice and neighbors were friendly. Would 100% return!

By far one of the best stays. Not only is the host communicative and friendly but Ben’s home is uniquely decorated and comfortable. It fits perfectly with the NOLA culture and was also extremely close to the French quarter and close enough to the airport. The shower was great and I enjoyed spending time in the backyard. My family felt right at home. I definitely recommend booking!

Cannot recommend this home enough for your New Orleans stay! The house is beautiful and spacious enough to fit 10 comfortably. Zach, the concierge, was incredibly communicative and friendly. Also, very walkable to great restaurants!

A group of my friends and I stay at Var’s place for Memorial Day Weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and the back deck was very comfortable. We were a quick 10 minute uber ride to the French Quarter which was very practical. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great Airbnb in Nola!

Phenomenal location in a great neighborhood with convenient access to local restaurants/bars and ferry to the French Quarter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Cant’s say enough positive things about the property, hosts & location. Staying here was like a therapeutic retreat.

our stay was perfect! plenty of room for our blended family vacation! we had 7 adults. 1 kid, and 2 dogs! the background is private with a fenced in yard! we loved hanging out on back patio with the hammock and the grill we were all set! highly recommend Reagan and the house!

A lovely weekend away in this beautiful home! So full of character and very comfortable with everything we could have needed. Great location and walkable into the French Quarter along the river if you’d like a stroll. Couldn’t have asked for a better base for our first time in NOLA.

Great location that felt safe and was not too far from the quarter. The property was clean and well taken care of with only minor repair needed, nothing that would disturb your trip. Larger than expected. Couch super comfy. Fully equipped for all of your needs. I would stay again and highly recommend!

I love the Bywater area, and it was so easy to walk to all the quickly local spots. Also, Ubers were cheap if you wanted to venture farther since the place is centrally located. I would definitely stay here again.

Lynn’s place was great! Excellent location and lovely backyard - we really enjoyed the walkability of the neighborhood! We had our dog Apollo with us, he also enjoyed the pile of dog toys left behind! Everything was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay!
