“What an amazing stay! We have 5 children and use rentals for all of our travels. This house was by far the best stay we have ever had. Pati was a sweetheart. She was so kind to greet us at the cabin, show us around, and make us feel comfortable. She surprised us with a cake that my family loved. The cabin itself looks like a model home. It was picture perfect. I have never had a home so well stocked with every necessity you could possibly think of. It was so clean and cozy. The view was outstanding. We loved sitting by the bayou and my kids enjoyed the kayaks that Pati provided. We will definitely be back. What a fabulous home with an incredibly awesome host. Thanks for everything Pati!”
2 NIGHT MIN ON WEEKEND This home is a rustic, riverfront Chalet, The inside has an outdoor rustic touch, with a 3-level, partially screened, deck overlooking the Red River. The river views are spectacular, plus the added benefit of fishing. The deck includes a charcoal grill for cooking and a double bed on the porch over looking the river for sleeping. The Red River Chalet is located 1.5 miles from downtown Shreveport,
“Steve's place is a quite, peaceful, private, rustic river chalet. I enjoyed every morning sunrise & sunset on the deck overlooking the Red River. Morning coffee with the egrets, fish & early morning fisherman made my stay very pleasant. Steve offered some great suggestions for exploring around Shreveport, beside just the casinos. He was always just a phone call away if I needed anything. I was able to spend quality time with my uncle, but still had a private place to relax after our visit was over. This place has everything you need for a family stay or for a lone traveler. Steve made sure I felt safe & secure each night. Price, location, & accommodations were perfect. I will definitely be back.”
