Introducing Quinta do Araçá, your peaceful haven on Santa Catarina's coast! We are located in the Araçá neighborhood of Porto Belo, Santa Catarina. There is access to the beach right in front of the property; just cross the street. We have access to other excellent beaches right in the neighborhood, such as Araçá Beach, Prainha (where we are located), the famous Caixa D'Água Beach, and Estaleiro Beach, which has crystal-clear water. Very quiet neighborhood; you can get around on foot; there is a small grocery store, a bakery, and good restaurants nearby.

The Residential is divided into 4 apartments, and you'll have an apartment with a private entrance, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a barbecue area on the balcony, a kitchen with all the utensils, Wi-Fi, a furnished space, eight security cameras and a monitored alarm. Parking space for one car in a closed garage with a gate. We do not rent for parties. We have 2 kayaks, beach chairs and buoys.

If necessary, we provide an extra mattress, bathroom, living room, kitchen, laundry, balcony with barbecue. IT DOES NOT HAVE A GARAGE. With a quiet neighborhood, 170 meters from the bakery and 600 meters from the supermarket, the neighborhood has other beaches, such as the famous Caixadaço beach, which has floating bars, and Estaleiro beach.
