(I ONLY RENT to INTERNATIONAL or national TOURISTS looking for tranquility and relaxation, no parties, music, noise, extra guests, etc.) Large cottage/chalet with private pool 15 minutes from Seville, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, A/C in living room and bedrooms, BBQ, fireplace. Very quiet, with beautiful views of arboleda de encinas. Large porch with BBQ, and an outdoor area for children and adults. Nice pool with porch to spend a fantastic spring-summer vacation. Very cozy and comfortable house, with cold air conditioning and heat in living room and in all bedrooms, as well as fireplace in the living room for autumn-winter with oak wood (included). Satellite TV. Wifi. The house has 2 floors, only the upper floor is rented, with the pool and gardens. DOWNSTAIRS LIVES THE OWNER AND HIS FAMILY. PLANTS and SEPARATE ACCESS, Renter's privacy is guaranteed. 1.5 km from Las Pajanosas,a small village with charm and friendly, friendly and welcoming people, the village has a supermarket, bakery, fruit shop, hardware store, pharmacy, medical care center,bars and restaurants. In its bars you can taste the typical meals of the area( paella, hunting meat, salmorejo, gazpacho, snails, etc... 15 minutes by car from the city of Seville with its monuments worth visiting, the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcazar, the Torre del Oro next to the Guadalquivir River, the Santa Cruz neighborhood, its streets and terraces in spring, summer and even fall, as well as its popular festivals, Seville Easter Week and the April Fair. 50 minutes away is the Sierra de Huelva and the beautiful city of Aracena with its landscapes and the caves of the Wonders. 60 minutes away we have the beautiful and quiet beaches of Cadíz and Huelva.
