Beautiful apartment with view, terrace, garage and games

Very nice apartment in stone and wood cottage. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Indoor garage. Very comfortable and well-equipped. Games for children (and adults!), books. Amenities: 5 pairs of snowshoes, 2 sleds, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and fondue machine, pressure cooker, citrus juicer, electric grater, blender, throws... Free ski bus at the foot of the residence in winter. Close to hiking trails. Great for a stay with family or friends in the mountains!

Appartement 2 pièces 45 m² tout équipé, pieds de la piste de luge, calme. Grand balcon exposé ouest vue montagne. Location de ski et arrêt navette à 2 minutes et centre station à 3/4 minutes. Une chambre avec 1 lit double et salon avec canapé/2 lits simples. Draps et serviettes de toilettes fournis. Cuisine équipée: four, micro ondes, lave vaisselle, appareils raclette/fondue/gaufre, cafetière... Equipements supplémentaires: lave linge, lecteur DVD/console/Internet Cave de 6m² pour les skis.

Equipped studio / 2-4 people / resort center

Enjoy 1 accommodation (25 m2) ideally located in the center of the Carroz ski resort. On the top floor of a 1 vacation studio condominium. All comforts with its equipped kitchen: combined oven, dishwasher for 6 place settings, coffee maker, fondue and raclette machines, kettle... Isolated mountain corner: 2 bunk beds of 80/190 (upper bed is not suitable for a child under 6 years of age) Pleasant living room with sofa bed: 140/190. Free ski shuttle. Beautiful view of the mountains.

25 m2 studio, with a small bedroom (window overlooking the corridor), south-facing balcony not overlooked and with views of the mountains. Located at the entrance to Flaine Forest at 1700 meters above sea level. Parking outside the station (Paid in winter), 1.5 hours free to drop off suitcases in front of the apartment. Shops, restaurants, ski lifts and ski school 700 m walk away! Shuttle stop with a pass every 15 minutes in front of the building (In season).

Nice renovated cocoon studio for 1 to 4 people. You will be seduced by this very nice tastefully decorated studio, with its large furnished terrace, in the sun all afternoon! "Mi Coton", a charming new gîte, completed in December 2023, classified as 3-star and 4 carraz furnished tourist accommodation in Carroz, on the ground floor of our family chalet in a bucolic setting, at the start of many hiking trails and at 1000 meters altitude in Carroz d'Arâches. Its 265 km of slopes (Grand Massif area) connecting 4 resorts (Samoëns, Morillon, Flaine and Les Carroz) will delight young and old.
