Covered garage area is an ideal place to host a small party, with outside kitchen where you can cook and prepare all your foods.

It's a newly constructed place. Not 100% done yet but almost there. What I love about it is , is everything is new--from the beddings, kitchen utensils to the towels etc. Mayomi is a very warm and friendly host. She checks on us every now and then and made sure that we arrived safe and enjoying the place. Her mom Alice, who runs the place, is so accommodating and treated us like family. Can't wait to be back!

Kristine's place was 10000/10 ✨ The place was beautiful and very peaceful. Spending our valentines day here was the right choice, the host even gave us a free cupcake. ❤️ A serene place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There was enough privacy per villa, and my favorite part was the dip pool with the most amazing view. The room was clean and cozy, everything was just so perfect. Remember to bring your jackets because it gets very cold especially at night. The caretaker there was very friendly and hospitable. She was very accommodating, we appreciate her so much! I also love the complimentary breakfast (and hot coffee!). We had our breakfast in one of the view decks near our villa and it made me so happy because you can smell the pine trees there. 🥹 Will definitely recommend this to our friends and family. (We'll definitely be back too! ☺️)

The pinned location says it’s in Calinan, but it’s actually in Mintal, which is even better since it’s just 5–10 minutes from VISTA MALL. The host is very responsive and communicates clearly—best reached via FB Messenger. When I arrived, the door knob was broken, but they fixed it immediately without hesitation. The room is simple but comfortable, ideal for 1–2 people. It’s non-airconditioned, but for the price, it’s a great deal. It comes with a stand fan, electric heater, sink, work table, and basic kitchen essentials. The WiFi speed is great—I was able to work and take calls, with only minimal interruptions. Just make sure to connect to the WiFi that goes beyond 100 Mbps, as they have multiple networks. I’d recommend this place for remote workers, budget travelers, and anyone who wants to experience local life in Mintal. Great value for money!
