This is a charming little one bedroom home in Aransas Pass, Tx that is only minutes away from the ferry that takes you to Port Aransas beaches! We’re surrounded by many local favorite fishing areas, boat launches and kayaking areas that Aransas Pass has to offer. There is a large fenced in yard and plenty of parking for vehicles, boats etc. Enclosed back porch with locking storm door, fully equipped kitchen with all the basic needs. Pet and smoke free home!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Two blocks from The Harbor, boat launching and ferry to Port Aransas. This house has a large backyard and plenty of driveway space for your cars, boats or golf carts. For your entertainment we have added a game room equipped with ping pong and poker/card table with cards , poker chips and an assortment of board games . It also has bar area with four bar stools .
