Refuge das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the terrain enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

The green vegetation is all around you and the best gift is to enjoy the crystal clear water of our river and waterfall,where you will dive and contemplate the untouched forest. At night the moon and starry sky invite us to good conversations inspired by wine and the warmth of the fireplace.

Chalet 1 to relax in nature

We have 2 chalets available for booking, called Chalet 1 and Chalet 2. If this one is unavailable on the date of interest, try Chalet 2. If you can't find the other chalet, you can contact us and we'll send you the Airbnb link. Our chalet is located within our property, but with exclusive space around it for guests. The chalet is on a plateau overlooking the valley in a quiet setting for relaxation. The chalet is ideal for 3 people, and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

Cabana de Campo no Vale Histórico. (EASY ACCESS)

Beautiful Cabana in São José do Barreiro, Serra da Bocaina, close to the charming Vila do Formoso, 9km from the center, with easy access by Rodovia dos Tropeiros. Well located, it is ideal for those who want to venture through the Bocaina National Park, go through the circuit of the Historical Farms, get to know the many waterfalls of the region and be enchanted by the cordial simplicity of its inhabitants and the delicious flavors of the Tropeira cuisine.

Casa Mugango

Casa Mugango is in Cunha, in the Campos Novos district, about 25 km from the center, with 19 km of paved roads. It is located inside Cabanha Bocaina, a rural site. It is a refuge from the hustle and bustle, a calm environment with the proximity of Nature and country life. The house is surrounded by fragments of forest. Wild animals, insects, spiders and toads can be found, even with periodic fumigations. In the rainy season, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle.

Uttara-Gita is a tiny house surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, in front of Rio das Pedras, next to a gentle stream. It is inside the Pé da Serra Site. Tem Wi-Fi ( fiber optic). The space is for those who like nature and want to enjoy silence, relaxation and freshness of the forest. In rainy seasons, the natural humidity of the forest increases. The quality of sleep intensifies because in the forest, sleep becomes more restful and relaxing.

Brilho d'Água Serra Rio Chalet

From this chalet you can see the Ribeirão, therefore the name of Brilho d Água. Accommodation is all overhauled and complete, with kitchen, jacuzzi, air conditioning, king bed, balcony and even a suspended rest and relaxation network between the chalet and the private waterfall. Beyond everything is in the middle of nature overlooking the Serra da Mantiqueira. An ideal getaway to recharge the Battery and have unique Romance moments.

Modernist Chalet in the middle of the Forest

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
