Мы замечательно провели время в квартире Кристины. Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям, очень светлая и уютная. Отличная терраса, с которой можно смотреть на город. Довольно шумно, если открыть двери на террасу. В спальне шум не мешает, там тихо. Огромный телевизор для просмотра фильмов. В доме есть небольшой магазин с продуктами и овощная/фруктовая лавка. Рядом кафе-столовая с хорошей едой и выпечкой.

Zitta’s home was as described. She was responsive throughout our month-long stay and she accommodated all of our requests. Would recommend her place if you’re looking to stay in the center of the city with close access to the city’s offerings.

Notre hôte Narek a été très accueillant, toujours très réactif à nos demandes. L’appartement est parfait, très confortable pour 3 personnes. Tout équipé nous avons manqué de rien. Emplacement parfait, en plein centre-ville et toutes les commodités à proximité. La seule chose à redire serait de rajouter un rideau plus opaque dans la chambre principale pour la lumière du jour le matin. Merci à Narek pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Françoise

Our stay in Sona's Modern apartment in city centre ,Yerevan was fantastic, thanks to this wonderful Airbnb! Sona was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and provided great local tips that made our trip unforgettable. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, with a perfect location close to the city center and key attractions. Everything was as described, and the check-in process was seamless. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan.

The apartment in Yerevan was clean and very well located, within walking distance of the main sights and amenities. It is a practical choice for a short/long stay, with all the necessities provided. The check-in process was straightforward, and communication with the host was clear. The space offer a quiet place to rest. Overall, it’s a very good option for travelers looking for a functional place to stay in a central part of the city. I would consider staying again if I return to Yerevan.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Eric's apartment! My most recent trip to Yerevan had me staying for a little over two weeks, so I needed to make sure I felt at home and had the proper amenities to accommodate my usual eating and cleaning routines. This space was perfect for that and more! Cooking and brewing were made simple with a modestly stocked pantry of essentials and cookware. The balcony was such an inviting place to take in the wonders of springtime in the morning or the bustling of the city nightlife at night. I'm super sensitive to noise and found that late-night street sounds were easy to block out with earplugs if I needed earlier shut-eye, though noise tended to die down around midnight most nights. My flight arrived very early in the morning, and Eric was especially accommodating during my check-in. I really loved this location and intend to stay here again during my next long visit to Yerevan! Highly recommend :)

Location: perfect location, everything is 12min away by walk (best restaurants, site seeing, bars). There is a supermarket 10m from the house you can find everything and mostly exchange money (best rate in Yerevan!). If you are renting a car like us, parking is available and you can catch the main roads easily. Host: Nar was very kind and super helpful. He answered by phone or whats app in seconds and helped us immediately. He made our check-in and check-out a walk in the park, I could not recommend his place enough. House: the house was recently beautifully decorate. You can find all the amenities you will need in it. This is a 5 star airbnb!

Большой просторный дом со всеми удобствами. Удобно расположен поблизости от аэропорта. Отдельное спасибо Геворгу и его супруге за радушный приём и помощь. Организовали трансфер от и до аэропорта, помогли и сориентировали в повседневных вопросах, были всегда на связи. Рекомендую.

Чудовий будинок, який ідеально підійшов нашій сімʼї. Всередині є все, що необхідно для комфортного проживання: пральна машина, посудомийна машина, кондиціонери, телевізор, посуд. Нам було дуже комфортно. Єдине, чого не вистачало - це WiFi. Власник дуже ввічливий в любʼязний, відповів на всі питання.

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

Если вы путешествуете большой компанией ,да еще и на машине это точно то что надо для веселого отдыха.. Очень радушно встретил нас и на протяжении всего отдыха по любому вопросу был на связи хозяин дома. Апартаменты были чистые и полностью соответствовали фото. Все необходимое было в наличии. Наш отдых был оправдан ну а утренний кофе во дворе в беседке в окружении роз стоил всего.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Situated in the most central yet surprisingly calm part of Yerevan, this house is minutes away from the best restaurants & attractions! You don’t need a car on a night out, just step outside the house & you are amongst the bliss of what Armenian nightlight has to offer. The most amazing part about this property was the garden, you can have all the cherries and grapes that you want. The recent renovations of the house embodies new and old Armenia architecture, just stunning. The bathroom is fully upgraded with modern amenities, so is the kitchen. The house is kept like a museum, absolutely immaculate. The hostess was kind enough to have freshly baked pastries upon arrival!

10/10 Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Yerevan! The apartment on Yeznik Street (near Amiryan) was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. Everything was within walking distance—cafés, sights, shops. The host was welcoming and helpful. Bonus: there’s 24/7 security downstairs and a great little play area in the backyard for kids. Highly recommended!

Karo was a wonderful host! He really moved mountains just to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable, together with his brother Narek. When there was a problem with the internet, he immediately went to the unit even if it was already 10pm, just to fix it. He also offered us private tour services using his car and provided snacks for our family, and even dropped us off at the airport at around 11pm. Thank you so much for the extra mile, for the generosity and kindness of your family. May the Lord bless you even more!

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

Отличная локация, в шаговой доступности фудкорт и супермаркет, много маленьких магазинов и лавок. Недалеко от центра, парк для прогулок, при этом не шумно.
