Beautiful house 🏡🏡🏠 close to all shops, buses and Uber, 30 minutes from Cabo Frio, close to bakeries, markets, pharmacies, restaurants... one block from the private lagoon in Araruama. With quality furniture, beds, ceiling fan and air conditioning in the bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms. Garden, lawned yard. All quality kitchen utensils. LCD TV in the living room and bedrooms, with Netflix. Swimming pool in the house and a 🚿 The house is close to everything!

Walking distances to perfect places for kitesurfing/sandboarding /kayaking/Scubdiving/boat trips, and enjoying the sunset at beautiful dunes within 5 minutes walking distance. 20 minutes from spectacular beaches like Arraial do Cabo, Praia do Forte, Praia do Pontal, Praia das Conchas, and Buzios. Enjoy very nice restaurants at Cabo Frio downtown (10 min) and Buzios (30 min).

Greek-style house overlooking the lake!

The house is simple but there is no lack of charm and coziness, an excellent space to enjoy special moments with family and friends. It has a nice balcony where there is a breeze coming from the Lagoon and behind a small space with a barbecue and a delicious shower to cool off. It has an excellent location for having access to Lagoa on foot and for being a very quiet street. It has kitchen utensils available and a smart TV in the living room. We do not accept PETS.

Large, cool house, 2-bedroom privacy, cozy atmosphere for a rest. 8-minute walk from Praia Grande, lush white sand beach and crystal clear water. Where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset! It's close to the only entrance to Pontal do Atalaia! For a walk to the Mirante or drive to "As prainhas" considered one of the best beaches in Brazil. Close to pharmacies, hospital, bakeries, market, bars and restaurants. There is no garage.
