Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Arayat

My main issue of the overall condition of Unit and of Kandi Condos. Near the end of stay there were issues with the AC and the Roof leaking in two areas. Jay responded quickly and the AC issue was resolved but the unit is definitely showing its age and so was the gym on the roof. Most if the equipment was quite old

Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

Casa Monte Private Villa never fails to impress! Our 3rd stay was just as amazing as the first two. The villa looks even better now with its fresh new paint job and comfy new sofa. The cleanliness and attention to detail are still top-notch - everything smells good and feels spotless. The heated jacuzzi is perfect for late-night dips! The host and staff are excellent as always, providing top-notch service and making us feel right at home. We can't get enough of this place! It's definitely our favorite villa in Lubao, Pampanga. One thing's for sure, next time we'll book for more nights - one night just isn't enough!

I suggest placing the location pin more accurately and adding some signages to make the place easier to locate. There should be daily garbage disposal to prevent flies. Additionally, the caretaker must ensure the pool is cleaned every day.

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

Highly recommended place! We have booked here 2 years ago and was surprised to see the unit as clean and new as it was before. It looks like a new house and had to checked our previous photos to spot any renovated part . Haha. This is great for us a family of 5. Very clean , easy self check in, safe and secure gated parking and very kind and friendly hosts! We will definitely be back again 😍😍😍

It's very clean here, and we like to walk around the room and living room barefoot.The equipment is well equipped, we can simply cook some food, the rooftop also has a restaurant bar to order and send to the room, the shared swimming pool is clean and well maintained.Drink and enjoy the singing at the rooftop bar in the evening.

Had a great stay and a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion! Would definitely come back and would highly recommend this unit. Host was very responsive and also helpful. Island Chateaux is exactly the write words to describe the place, the theme is spot on even the fridge magnets were part of the aesthetic. The pool is nice and surprisingly deeper than I thought. The rooms are nice and clean. The perfume sprayed is a little too strong for our liking but nonetheless a nice place to stay. The host and caretaker are easy to talk to and very responsive. Overall a family-friendly 5/5

I’ve stayed at a few different Air BNBs units here at Kandi Towers but this is by far the best in comparison. Very clean, great amount of space and good location. Would recommend staying here to anyone and would go out of my way to book this specific unit again when I’m in the area 😊

I really enjoyed my stay at Marjen’s place. The studio was clean, the aircon worked well, and the WiFi connection was strong enough for video conferencing. Only a short walk to the gym. I highly recommend this property and I plan to stay here again. Also, Marjen was quick to communicate and her instructions made it very easy.

Great place to stay at for a quick visit to Clark. Fast food restos are in a walking distance. I love that the place was private and secured, and is almost near everything.
