Close to Chambéry (15 minutes, a city worth visiting), Grenoble (30 minutes), and Albertville (30 minutes), Suzanne's Residences welcomes you to the village of Francin and offers a wide-open view of the mountains. Enjoy the spa, available from June 1st to October 1st after your mountain activities (except during the summer months, see conditions). Access is easy via two motorway entrances, 5 minutes away. Alternatively, Montmélian train station is less than 1.5 km away. Near the Alpespace park.

This renovated, unique and spacious gîte, with an eco-responsible approach, is located 8 minutes from the city center of Chambéry and 6 minutes from the highway. The accommodation has an open private parking lot with 4 spaces, self check-in and high-speed WiFi (fiber) access. A playroom and outdoor playground will delight the little ones. The heated pool (not to be confused with a hot tub), which is shared with the hosts, is open from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather.

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Old barn newly renovated into a residential house. Located in the heart of Les Bauges, in the regional nature park of the Bauges massif, ideal for nature lovers. Many hiking trails are possible nearby. 40 min from Chambéry, Albertville and Annecy and 14 km from the toll of Saint Pierre d'Albigny. The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, open kitchen to living room. The land is not fenced.
