This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

This mostly remodeled open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath unit has 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed. This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round. Hands down the best! We’re still dreaming about this home - it was truly that special. The location was absolutely perfect, with breathtaking views of the lake that we couldn’t get enough of. Every room was so thoughtfully designed, with beautiful decor that made the entire space feel both luxurious and cozy. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, with top-notch appliances and a fully stocked pantry that had everything we needed - plus great coffee and tea. We ended up spending nearly our entire trip at the house because it was just that amazing. The record player added such a lovely, nostalgic touch, and the beds and couches were incredibly comfortable. Every detail was curated with care and it really showed. The host was outstanding - super responsive, even late at night, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs over the years, and this one is easily at the top of our list. We can't wait to come back!

Historic Home in Downtown for a Couple or Group

Natalie and her husband Luke have done a wonderful job restoring the home to the original glory it was in 1883 but with upgrades. They covered everything you would need. Especially the little details, i.e. bottle of wine, laundry soap, little helpful notes. It was walking distance to several coffee shops and a resturant call Provisions. If staying it is a must visit for a drink or a meal. This will be where we stay next time in town.
