It is accessed by a condominium staircase that leads to the terrace covered by a wooden canopy, equipped with a shower and barbecue. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a table, a sofa bed (convertible into a double bed), and a panoramic terrace; double bedroom; bathroom with shower.

Apartment located in the historic center of Arbus about 25 km from the beaches of the homonymous marina. The Arburese coast boasts the beautiful beach of Scivu, a pearl of the Costa Verde recently awarded the prestigious recognition as the most beautiful beach in Italy, by a study carried out by Holidu. Among the Arburesi beaches is the beautiful Piscinas, internationally known for its dunes, the most impressive in Europe, which reach almost one hundred meters in height.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

In the Geremeas Mare residence (45 km from the airport): semi-independent apartment on the ground floor with private garden, consisting of entrance, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, veranda with terrace overlooking the sea (private) where you can also eat outdoors and enjoy a truly sensational quiet and panorama, additional terrace (private) on the beach (it is the closest terrace to the beach).
