The building is centered at an altitude of approx. 70mtrs, offering a wonderfull view to W & N. It has access from west by a pedestrian street 70mt away from the main parking of the old town, just above the 5 brothers (canons) The access from north is stairs, which start at Staikopoulou str. and this is Vyronos str. Next building was the first military hospital of Greece which later became the Dioskouroi Hotel. Easy access to down town only with 2' walking. Friendly environment is guaranteed.

A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

It is 10 km from Nafplio, 3 km from Vivari, a nice fishing village with many fish taverns, 29 km from Ancient Mycenae and 29 km from the ancient theater of Epidaurus.
