The apartment is on the 13th floor of the new Paris residential estate (handover in 2014). Pleasant atmosphere, warm tones, sunshine, unforgettable views from panoramic windows, sunsets and sunsets. This will certainly leave you delighted! The apartment is located on the French Boulevard, 15 minutes to the railway station and 10 minutes to the beaches. Near the house there are wonderful cafes: make my cake, Strudel, Kompot. There's a treadmill right outside the house! Or the Health Route! Everything is very close and convenient.
