I had a very pleasant stay at Oxana apartment. The place itself is clean and has everything you need. The location is perfect, really central and with an amazing view of Ryanok Square. Oxana is a super host, always responsive and answered my messages very quickly. I’d definitely stay here again. :)

I stayed at Julia's flat for a one month work assignment. It was ideal for what I needed - clean and spacious apartment in a great and safe location. I also really appreciated Julia's son, who is a fluent English speaker and was able to help facilitate check-in/check-out, servicing the apartment, etc. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Kyiv.

I recommend this apartment. Everything is clean, all amenities, there is everything you need in the kitchen, in the bathroom. Absolutely everything was provided. For a small child, a bathtub, a crib were provided. The most important thing is to have a shelter. The owner is super , he told everything , showed at check-in and in case of everything is always in touch.

This is a great Airbnb, very modern and comfortable. There is a full kitchen, nice sofa and tv and great water pressure in the shower. The king sized bed was really comfortable with nice bedding. Although on a somewhat busy road, you can't hear traffic when the window is closed and it's quiet at night. Great location, very walkable and there are grocery stores in every direction. Polina was a very friendly host! Highly recommend.

The apartment is well-maintained and clean, in reality it looks much better than in the photo, a comfortable orthopedic mattress, a very comfortable and functional bathroom, windows overlook the yard with a pleasant view, even in clear weather you can see a piece of the sea, quiet and peaceful, a great option for business trips and recreation! They clearly told us where to go, where to get the keys. We were in touch with me the whole time. They answered me all the questions. It was possible to leave your belongings after you checked out. There is no soundproofing as such, you could hear everything that was done behind the wall in the neighbors (and they were loud). However, overall everything went great.

Pleasant and comfortable apartment, especially for a long stay. Water delivery, the ability to have a desk and even a yoga mat is great in general, as is communication with the host. The location and view from the window is a little specific, but there are good coffee shops, cafes and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. It is worth considering that the apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator, of course)

The apartment’s location is just perfect for both: business trips and tourism. It’s in the very center of the city, though very quiet. And of course, the bathroom is just amazing!

We are returning to the apartment for the second time. A wonderful place. The first time I was struck by the fact that they left us drinking water. This time, my child was also waiting for delicacies! Clean, pleasant, atmospheric. You can feel the care for the residents in everything. And the settlement, which does not require planning, additional manipulations. The host is in touch. But, to be honest, everything was fine, there are instructions and tips in the apartment, there was no need to contact him additionally. We'll be back!

The apartment is in a great location. There is a large shopping mall nearby, a promenade for walking, as well as restaurants and shops. A Silpo and La Silpo supermarket are just around the corner. It’s perfect for a stay in both cold and warm seasons. The coastline is only a 5-minute walk away, offering beautiful views 🌊 The apartment is small but cozy and comfortable. Ideal for 1-2 people (though three can fit as well). There is a kitchen with all the essentials, a washing machine, and an iron - very convenient. Thank you for the warm welcome!

We were with a colleague on a business trip for one day — we were very satisfied! The space is extremely comfortable, perfectly clean, and thought out to the smallest detail: everything you need to feel at home. I especially want to note individual heating — a real rescue in the period of cold weather and turned off central heating. This is definitely +1000000 for coziness and convenience. Recommended!
