Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

Super comfortable king-size beds. SMART TV's (no Cable) in each room with on-screen access to internet and apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime or through the provided Fire TV Sticks. All I can say is that this place will blow your mind. This modern house is equipped with just about everything from luxury furniture, all smart devices, privacy with your own pool, and the location is on a beautiful street with tons of palm trees centrally located at the base of Old town Scottsdale & Arcadia. Within a 2 block radius you have some of the best restaurants AZ has to offer including North, LGO, Steak 44, etc. Please note the pool can be heated with a $50 per night charge.

Quite possibly one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Lots of natural light, comfy beds, cold AC, newer appliances and I’ve never swam in an AZ pool in late May that was THIS refreshing! Very quiet and safe neighborhood, too. This is how an Airbnb should be run!

Lovely, comfortable spot. Clean and tidy, really nice bed and adorable front courtyard and private back patio. Conveniently located near restaurants and attractions. Dedicated, shaded parking space was a plus. Maria was a great host and kindly left lights on for us since she knew our check in was delayed until after dark. We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best, but a minor issue, overall the rental is very nice. Thanks Maria!

If you are looking for a really nice place that is walking distance to EVERYTHING in the Scottsdale. The description was spot on, also getting into the place was SUPER EASY. As long as I am traveling with myself or my wife, I think this will be my go to. The gym in the basement was also a really nice touch.

Jason and Barbara’s place has been our favorite Airbnb stay so far. They were so friendly and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. The house (inside and out!) is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need—and then some. The location is unbeatable, right on the canal in Arcadia and just a short walk to a grocery store and several great restaurants. It’s thoughtfully decorated and has the best-stocked kitchen we’ve ever had in a rental. We stayed for three weeks and didn’t want to leave. If I could give it more than five stars, I would!
