The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

This apartment is quiet. All exterior. It consists of a living/dining room with a kitchenette, balcony with views, sofa, smart TV. The Borda de Costuix is located in the middle of the mountain, 4 km from Àreu, and at an altitude of 1723 meters.
