Idéalement situé, à proximité: -des villages typiques (Espelette, Ainhoa... ) -de la mer( St jean de Luz, Biarritz, Anglet), du lac de St Pée. -de Bayonne( piste cyclable en bord de Nive) - thermes de Cambo les Bains - commerces et piscine à environ 5 kms. - superbes randonnées en montagne! 2-person gite in Itxassou in the Basque Country

Cottage for 2 people 28 m² (possibility to come with a baby, loan of a bed), south and west facing, large terrace, mountain view, quiet, 200 m from Itxassou village, which has many shops (bakery, butcher, restaurants, bars...). The village is at the foot of the mountains, and 30 minutes from the beaches. For July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday I am a sports educator and I offer hiking, Nordic walking, trail initiation with a preferential rate for cottage tenants.

You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen open to a large bright living room with its large family table and comfortable living room, in a decor combining antique furniture and modern comfort. A beautiful 30 m2 terrace overlooking the mountain and the surrounding meadows, not overlooked, will offer you convivial moments around the plancha.

My place is close to Bayonne/Biarritz. Quiet, on the side of the house, close to major road networks, it is ideally located to visit the Basque Country. Accommodation designed for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and four-legged companions. Warning: there is currently a house under construction on the next door lot. It's not a problem on weekends and evenings, but it generates a little noise on weekdays. The studio is nevertheless well insulated.

Trés agréable logement idéalement situé dans un site execptionellement calme sur le lac de Lalaguibe , proche de la mer, entre Capbreton et Bayonne. Commerces à proximité. Logement exposé Sud Sud/Ouest, avec une grande terrasse en bois, sans vis à vis et indépendant de la maison principale. Idéal pour un couple, pouvant aussi accueillir un jeune enfant. Le studio est adapté aux personnes en situation de handicap. Possibilité de mettre à l'abri des vélos.
