Stone, iron and wood; these are the materials used by my great-grandparents to build, on the foundations of an ancient monastery, the farmhouse S.Lorenzo built on top of a hill of olive trees overlooking the city of Foligno. Wi-Fi throughout the house and by the pool. We are 20 km from the border with Tuscany, so our house is perfect as a starting point for excursions to Tuscany, as well as to Umbria. "IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
