Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

Nestled among the ancient olive trees, Villa degli Olivi offers a haven of serenity and sophistication and is a short stroll into the cobblestoned paths of Spello along a flat, tree lined lane. This recently renovated Villa offers modern luxury while maintaining its Italian roots. Offering 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and the possibility for 2 additional guests with a sleeper sofa. It is located in open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.

The house includes a large dining room with a view of the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television, and heating.
