La experiencia en el apartamento de Juanan ha sido genial. El trato a la llegada fue magnífico. Nos guiamos por alguna de sus recomendaciones para comer y fue un acierto. El piso estaba súper limpio, bonito y ordenado. La cama muy cómoda con buenas almohadas. Los espacios muy agradables. En resumen, totalmente recomendable. Si volvemos a Elche, repetimos seguro.

Verónica ya estado súper atenta en todo momento, dando instrucciones claras y precisas al instante y el alojamiento tenía todo lo necesario y más, con una bonita decoración y buen olor. Un 10/10

La fotos reflejan con exactitud el apartamento, todo muy nuevo y reluciente, la cama cómoda y aire acondicionado que en Murcia siempre es necesario. 10/10

We have just had the most amazing stay in Javier's beautiful apartment which was filled with everything you might need. Very clean, bright and spacious and in a great location overlooking the sea. Javier was the most wonderful and attentive host, providing superb information/recommendations and replying promptly to our questions. We highly recommend Javier's apartment and would definitely return. Thank you Javier.

Un lugar perfecto para descansar, me encantó el spa y el anfitrión de rescatar por sus excelentes recomendaciones e indicaciones, repetiremos sin duda un excelente lugar para pasar el finde semana y más

L’appartamento è accogliente, spazioso e funzionale. Oltre ad essere ben pulito era provvisto di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno (lenzuola, asciugamani, carta igienica, bagnoschiuma, climatizzatore, Wi-Fi, ventola a pala). La host Mercedes è stata molto gentile e disponibile e puntuale nelle risposte. La posizione ottima, dista a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e c’è un parcheggio a soli 2 minuti per poter parcheggiare la macchina a 9 euro al giorno. L’edificio è inoltre provvisto di ascensore. Sicuramente da ritornarci!

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

Estuvimos mi pareja y yo 3 noches y la verdad que el apartamento es perfecto para desconectar y estar tranquilos. Las vistas son sin duda lo mejor. La zona es muy tranquila. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Davinia nos atendió con mucha comprensión y atención.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, et il y a tout a proximité. Accueil très chaleureux, rien à redire c’était parfait. Merci beaucoup !

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well equipped for a long stay. It had two double beds and both were very comfortable. A very nice park was located across the street, which was great for relaxing and would be good for guests with children. The view of the park from the apartment was nice, and quiet. Having a full grocery store on the ground floor was very convenient. Also, it is only a 5 minute walk to the regional bus station (very convenient!) and within easy walking distance (1-2km) of the cathedral, market, restaurants, bars and other key sites. 100% recommend!

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, in a perfect position for beach & town. Balcony looks out to the sea, wonderful sunrises. Gemma leaves you all he information necessary, easy access to the apartment. Had a wonderful stay & would definitely return.

Nice apartment with a fantastic view

Professioneller, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wohnung super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schöner Stil. Unglaubliche Aussicht und durch die Höhe der Wohnung und des Balkons auch sehr ruhig. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Die Wohnanlage besteht aus teilweise festen Bewohnern und Feriengästen, dadurch ist eine schöne Atmosphäre. Pools waren nie überfüllt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und bedanken uns bei Alexey&Natalia und Elena.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

We have already visited Raimondas' apartment several times. We like the peace of Flamenca Village and the apartment with a roof terrace. The cycling roads in the area are excellent. There was also a locked storage room for bikes in the garage. 👍 It's great that now the roof terrace also has a water hose, which you can use to wash it from the dust of the Sahara. Thanks for that Raimondas and Svetlana! We will definitely come again! 😍

Alles is zoals je het verwacht, enigste min puntje zijn camera's in de woonkamer. Buiten dat om volledig tevreden over alles. Zeer mooie locatie met erg mooi uitzicht vanuit diversen plekken. Echte aanrader!
