An inviting back yard is perfect for grilling out, playing games and enjoying the quietude of a peaceful mid-century neighborhood. Full size washer/dryer use in unfinished basement.

The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. He spoke on this stage on his first political campaign) has been completely rennovated with concrete countertops, beautifully vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, built in workspace and even a fun kid's room. Let the natural light pour through the massive windows or close the curtains and dim the lights:) We hope you enjoy it as much as us!

This cozy cottage in the woods (completed in June 2017) is perfect for a couple seeking a romantic getaway, enjoying a honeymoon, or celebrating an anniversary. (The sofa is a full convertible bed, if others plan to share the 400+ sq. ft. space.) Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently only open seasonally on weekends) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.

D&B Cabin Rentals Cabin #4

We offer cabins off of 69 highway in Pleasanton, KS, near 2 lakes! We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals. Each cabin is approx 250 Sq ft. Includes TV, Satellite TV, Gigabit Internet, full bath, kitchenette, grill including propane and utensils, (upon request), and a Porch with chairs and table. Community fire pit and picnic tables available. We have both a coffee maker that uses a filter and grounds, and a Keurig for your K-cups. Bring your favorite coffee! Pet Friendly!
