Welcome to our charming historic Ligurian home, located in a pleasant green residential area, just a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Sestri Levante, ideally positioned for exploring the beaches, Cinqueterre, Portofino and nearby Tuscany. The apartment retains the authentic character of a traditional Ligurian house, with elegant period details and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Private terrace with traditional pergola for outdoor dining, relaxing, plus private parking.

The house is located in a strategic point to reach the Gulf of La Spezia with its pearls Lerici and Portovenere and the nearby Cinque Terre. It is on one level with a large outdoor space dedicated to our guests equipped with an oven and barbecue for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen.

Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.
