Au rez-de-chaussée, une grande pièce à vivre est divisée en espace cuisine, espace salle à manger et salon. A chaque étage, il y a 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain et 1 WC. Pour les musiciens, un piano est à disposition. A disposition également, Wifi et TV connectée.

Nice Character Accommodation

In the heart of the old district, a 5-minute walk from the city center and 3 minutes from the Berry Canal. Accommodation adjacent to the owners' home, Georges and Pierre welcome you. The living room is on the ground floor with its fully equipped kitchen area and living room, access to a shared bucolic backyard in a café-brocante spirit. The bathroom with a washing machine and the toilet are separate. The sleeping area is upstairs, the landing serves two attic bedrooms.

Charming cottage with pool, beautiful view

In the countryside, just 8 km from the Saint Amand Montrond exit (A71), l'Orgerie is a charming, quiet cottage, with all amenities, heated pool and magnificent views of the grove. Numerous activities nearby. The 2.5 ha estate allows for great independence of the accommodations. Possibility to rent a small house in addition. The pool, open from mid-April to mid-October, is shared with the owners when they are there (we respect the privacy of our guests)

La P’tite Pierre – Cozy Berry Getaway Welcome to Ineuil (15 min from A71), a cozy haven for 2–4 guests blending modern comfort and charm. The Space: Bright living room, open kitchen, spacious bedroom (queen bed), and a secure private yard—perfect for kids and pets. Pépère: bus converted into a campsite on the farm

With more than 800,000 km on the clock and after having toured Europe, Pépère now welcomes you, comfortably installed and pampered at the Champ de Beau farm campsite. It has 2 sleeping areas: a dormitory with 4 single bunk beds and a king size bed overlooking the cabin area reserved for lovers, as well as a kitchen and a dry shower room/toilet. Site in perpetual evolution with new features every year!
