This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Podrás disfrutar de las vistas de la catedral en su hermoso patio. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y calefacción para la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes. La casa cuenta con un hermoso patio para poder pasar momentos agradables leyendo un libro, desayunando... Debido a la situación que estamos pasando, quiero que mis huéspedes se sientan tranquilos cuando se hospeden en mi casa. Tomamos las medidas higiénicas necesarias desinfectando todas las estancias. Siempre hemos sido muy cuidadosos con la limpieza, pero quiero hacer hincapié en esto porque nuestro deber es que todos estemos bien y seguros.
