Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

J’ai eu un séjour parfait, Antonella a été adorable, vraiment aux petits soins. Dans un premier temps je pensais le logement isolé, et en fin de compte avec le bus cela va très vite pour rejoindre le centre touristique. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Merci ! Et quel bonheur de retrouver le calme après des journées à déambuler.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Davide und seine Frau sind sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist schlicht, modern und sauber, man kommt gut zufuss an den Strand oder die Stadt. Die Ausstattung ist eher minimalistisch, aber es gibt alles, was man braucht.

Korina and Valentina were very kind and helpful. Korina made great recommendations for local restaurants (including the great gelato place around the corner). Valentina was quick to respond when we had questions. The villa was comfortable and felt like home. We would definitely stay there again should we find ourselves in Rome again.

We stayed at Antonella's cottage for a week and had the most amazing time! The cottage is very private, with available parking spot and 5 to 15 minute drive range to all the places you might need during your stay. Antonella and her husband are very friendly and caring hosts. We had no problem with using the shared garden and enjoying our very own veranda and dinning space. The cottage is top notch modern but very cozy and feels like home. When next time we are back in Latina, this will be our destination 100%!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

siamo stati molto bene da Giulia; l'appartamento è nel pieno centro di Castel Gandolfo a due passi dal palazzo apostolico. Veramente consigliato.

S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojeni. Každý den jsme využívali zahradu a ocenili jsme vlastní vstup na pláž. I když jsme 4 rodiny, pohodlně jsme se vešli a ubytování bylo velmi prostorné.

This was a beautiful little apartment. Everything was perfectly decorated and spotless. We had some trouble with traffic and other delays and the hosts were amazing. They relieved a lot of stress, waited for us to arrive, warmly welcomed us into their home…. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Paolos Unterkunft. Mit eigenem Garten, Tischtennisplatte, Fahrrädern und generell allem was man braucht, lässt es sich super aushalten! Auch die Anbindung nach Rom ist schnell und einfach. Paolo hat immer schnell und freundlich auf Nachrichten reagiert und hatte immer mit hilfreiche Tipps parat. Wir bedanken uns !

Firstly, the host was super accommodating and I really appreciated that. The property is in a quiet location, and was ideal to explore less touristic (but more authentic) surroundings with a car or explore beautiful Gerano on foot. Worked there for 1 week - internet was good and stable. Property was clean, bed was comfy, we didnt miss anything, there was nothing we didnt like. All was great!

Das Apartment war war sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben auf der Durchreise eine Nacht in Diegos Apartment verbracht und für uns hat es gut gepasst.

Esperienza splendida! La casa di Valentino va ben oltre le aspettative. Pulita, ordinata, elegante e completa di tutto. Peccato averci passato solo una notte, torneremo sicuramente. Se volete passare dei giorni romantici di totale relax, la casa di Valentino é perfetta.

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!
