Stone house perched on terraced gardens

Perched at an altitude of 650 m on terraced gardens, 25 minutes from the village of Les Vans and in the quiet hamlet of Depoudent, this barn in schist stone and slate roof, built in 1876 and completely renovated by artists from the region, has been transformed, over time, into an authentic and unusual cocoon. Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, in a dormitory and mezzanine, the house will appeal to nature lovers, looking for calm, simplicity and villages of character.

The exterior features: an inner courtyard with pétanque area, a beautiful shaded terrace with a magnificent linden tree, a barbecue, a nice garden, a pleasant swimming pool, a ping pong table and a bar for your quiet summer evenings. The house is also equipped with a foosball table, books (adults and children) and board games.

L'oustaou

Small cocoon of love, with magnificent views, 6 km from Aubenas. This shelter was self-built with eco-friendly materials. The walls are made of straw, wood and earthen coating. Beautiful wooden terrace, where it's nice to rest. A dirt road starts from the Oustaou for a short walk, and many other walks all around. Descriptions of hikes possible inside.

The library ***

You will enjoy a small independent studio of more than 60 m² within our stone house (15th century) with views of the valley of our village. In winter you will be heated by a wood fire and in summer you can cool off in the pool. Guests can enjoy breakfast if they wish, as well as an evening meal, always on request.
