Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Arden-Arcade

Desiree went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. Traveling with an infant is never easy and she truly went over the top for us. Pack and play was set up when we arrived and there were snacks, play mat, and new toy for him. She was so easy to communicate with throughout the whole weekend and so thoughtful.

It was really awesome stay at Slav’s place! My parents are here for the graduation and they loved it as well.

Shara’s home was just as in the pictures. Nice open floor plan large relaxing back yard and amazing curb appeal as you drove up to the home.

Andrei’s place was great! The hot tub was a great touch and the beds were super comfortable. Our daughter really enjoyed the kids playground out back! Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Ginger and her husband are lovely people and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is truly enjoyable. The house is so well appointed with everything that you need and more! It’s absolutely beautifully decorated and the pool and hot tub are amazing. There’s plenty of space in the yard to play games and have a great time. Our family truly enjoyed our stay, and we hope one day we might be able to return.

This stay was an absolute dream! The game room was packed with fun—classic video games and plenty to keep everyone entertained for hours. The outdoor hot tub in the private yard was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, peaceful and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was a standout—truly chef-worthy, with high-end appliances, plenty of space, and everything we needed to cook amazing meals. The whole property was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked. We didn’t want to leave and would absolutely stay again!

This back unit of the duplex gave my family & I the peace and quiet we needed! Off the bat, Alicia the host was welcoming, friendly and excellent in answering my concerns about the house being a duplex with occupants in the next unit. I was worried about noise level. In truth, we didn’t hear or see anyone from arrival to departure. Large screen tv made movie night fun, as well as game night with provided board games. Check out chores was only to load dishwasher, collect used towels and take out trash. The steep driveway, the neighbors and being close to the road weren’t an issue for us. The pool and jacuzzi put us on chill & relax mode upon arrival.

We had a lovely stay! The house was very comfortable and perfect for our group. The hosts were super responsive and made everything easy. We especially loved the backyard with the string lights — such a great space to relax in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

With no hotel options near here, this was a perfect alternative. Walkable to restaurants, quick drive to a few local spots and full access to Lifetime Fitness. We will return for sure.

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

The place was very nice and big. Mariah was very helpful. Nice quiet getaway with my family. Everyone had a great time in the pool. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the city. Also this place is right across from the Sacramento River which would be a great place to go fishing.

I have deal with Jason on many occasions in different places and he is the best he is very responsive and I always make Jason my first pick when I’m in need of a place in the area. I really recommend Jason place if needed there is shopping and food area 6 minutes away freeway exit very near there’s nothing more you can ask for. Check out Jason’s place you won’t regret it. Hey Jason once again you won me over with your performance see you again. Thanks Jason you are the greatest. Keep up the good work..

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, perfect for the long weekend with family. The kids loved the pool and trampoline. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, even thanksgiving dinner. Nice neighborhood, great park within walking distance. Multiple grocery stores, restaraunts, movie theater and other family entertainment nearby. The location felt peaceful but also near many conveniences.
