A really chill apartment and good value in tranquil part of Reims 😁

I spent 3 weeks in the apartment. It perfectly suited my expectations: spacious, bright, quiet, well equipped kitchen, full of reading (books and comics). If you're driving, it's convenient, there's always space to park. A perfect stay in every way.

The place is beautiful and just what we needed at the end of a long trip. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. The location made it walkable to nearly anywhere in the village. Host was very responsive to questions. There was plenty of space for 6 adults to be comfortably. The only downside was the one toilet. We might have overlooked that in the listing but thought it would contain two toilets since it has two showers. The listing said 'Hot Tub' but there is not a hot tub on site; however, this seemed like a translation issue from French to English. Would defiantly stay again in i was in the area.

My experience in Stéphane's accommodation was impeccable. The bed and bath linens were all present, clean and smelled good of laundry. I really appreciated the pink cookies left as a welcome gift. There were also small bottles of water and fruit juice and a bar of dark chocolate in the fridge, which, I think, is a delicate touch that I haven't seen in other Airbnbs. For breakfast, coffee capsules and Fossier butter biscuits were provided, which suited me well. Tea is also available. The accommodation was clean and I felt good and safe there. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

The accommodation is in a small, quiet and well-located building. I enjoyed my stay at Gauthier's, the only downside is that it's a shame that the furniture is damaged (I think because of the old tenants). I still recommend this place.

So, someone else booked this apartment at the same time as us. Aurore immediately contacted us and moved us to another our her listings called Blue Gold. It was great. It is in the same building but on the 11th floor. Two elevators so no worries. The building itself is more modern than charming and is conveniently located with free parking. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Aurore is super responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again.

We had a more than perfect stay! Everything was clean, we were warmly welcomed in a very warm small town! Monique is a good person and very gentle with animals as well as babies. We would recommend it in a second!

We had a pleasant stay at Samuel's apartment. Quiet, close to Charleville Mézière and the Vieilles Forges Lake, the accommodation is ideally located. Samuel took into consideration the comments made by the previous tenants: bath mat, welcome tray with coffee pods and madeleines, basic groceries (salt/pepper) everything is now present in the apartment. Thanks to Samuel for his advice on restaurants and walks. A really nice host!

Very pleasant apartment on the ground floor in a quiet street. Beautifully decorated, all necessary amenities are present. Free parking is just around the corner. In the middle of the center, so close to everything in Sedan. Celine is a warm hostess, you feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Before we arrived all our questions were already answered. Convenient for shopping and good parking at the apartment. walking distance to the Intermarche is about 100 meters and to Aldi about 200 meters. Its really easy to go anywhere. Good deal .

It's a wow factor apartment with an amazing view of Hotel De Ville right out the window - especially beautiful at night. The apartment was on the 5th floor with an elevator with plenty of free street parking available at all times, no hassles there. The furnishings were new and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals at home easily. The bathroom was compact but practical and squeaky clean. The bed was super comfortable with room to hang and store clothing. A washing machine/dryer was in the unit as was and iron and ironing board. It was light and airy and smelt fresh and new each time you walked in. It's a great base to explore the surrounding areas and an easy 15 minute walk into the old town (Place Ducale) - plenty to do in the area. Geraldine was a super host, she greeted us and checked in on us during our stay, which was super nice of her. We were there on a Saturday so saw 5 weddings at the Hotel De Ville - very special.

Facial is Very easy to do business with, quick response, personable, good suggestions. Wish we had a longer stay. Everything was just as pictured, very clean and modern.

The apartment itself looks like it belongs in Architectural Digest—immaculately clean, stylishly designed with chic modern appliances, and full of elegant charm. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and the shower, with its pressure, was a piece of art in itself. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the center of it all, surrounded by cafés, shops, and the vibrant energy of Reims. Sophie was an outstanding host: responsive, accommodating, and incredibly kind. We felt so well taken care of, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in this exceptional apartment in the heart of Reims! Everything was as described, or even better. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped. Special mention for the terrace: a real little corner of paradise with jacuzzi, petanque court, barbecue... perfect for relaxing with friends or family. We'll come back to it without a second thought.

We really enjoyed our stay! The appartment is located in one of the shoppings streets in Reims, close to a lot of café's and restaurants so perfect to explore the city and its surroundings. Appartment is spacious, comfortable bed, and nice bathroom. For future guests it is worth mentioning that the appartment is located within the ''low emission zone'' of Reims, meaning you need a permit in case you want to park your car near the apartment (you can only get a permit online and at least 14 days in advance). We weren't aware of that so we parked our car a little further (15 minute walk), which is also a perfectly fine solution if you're a little last-minute like we are :)
