This beautiful two bedroom flat has some of the best views, looking over to Arran, Cumbrae, Wee Cumbrae and over to Bute and Argyll. The property has one en-suite shower room and a very large spacious bathroom with overhead shower. The kitchen, living room is open planned which just opens up the space and lets you enjoy the amazing views. This is a perfect getaway flat with 5 mins into town and the ferry over to Millport. With only 100 yards to the beach it really is in the perfect location.

There is a king size in the main bedroom and bunks in the other. A Victorian flat with some original features. A gateway to Arran, Ayrshire and beyond . 2 beaches are a 15 minute walk. Less than 3 minutes walk are shops, takeaways and also a castle. ASDA and various restaurants are 15 minutes from the property.

A newsagent, post office/ shop and an Artisan Bakery ( openThursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) A new craft shop has also recently opened next door to our home. The nearest supermarket is 10 mins. drive away.

2 Bed Flat North Ayrshire Costal Town of Ardrossan

Ardrossan is not a normal to go to place and the town is a bit run down, we were there to visit relatives in the next town, but there is plenty to see near by. The flat is in a residential area and its neighbours live there permanently. They were very welcoming. We had justed arrived and the lady opposite invited my wife and I to joint her in the garden. The garden is a great suntrap from early afternoon to sunset. To be fair every local we spoke to were very friendly to us southerners. The flat was spotless and felt like a home from home. There is everything you need in the flat and it is highly recommended. The only downside for me personally was getting in and out of the bath to have a shower ( the shower was great ) as I have arthritis in my back and ankles but I managed and it wouldn't stop me booking the flat again next time we visit our relatives.

A little apprehensive about the surrounding building as was windows smashed and eviction notices on window next door. Once we entered the property we were greeted with a lovely, fresh, clean smell. apartment was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. fridge was stocked with varies drinks, including milk (thank God), we had teabags, sugar etc and even a nice box of shortbread was left for us. Small and concise with everything we needed and a short walk to the town with plenty shops and restaurants. Lovely stay, thank you Joanne. We will be back 😃

Cosy beachfront apartment.

For us it was a one-night stay only unfortunately… but if you get the chance to stay a bit longer, Joyce’s place has an amazing bow window that faces the sea and the coziest apartment ever: well-equipped, luminous, spacious. We did not have the time to explore around, but the check-in and check-out experiences were smoothless and Joyce, Lynsey and Blair were very friendly and kind. 100% would recommend!

Lynette’s house was absolutely perfect, better than the pictures and had everything we needed for two families. Lynette couldn’t have been more helpful in accommodating us and helping with everything we needed. West Kilbride was stunning, the village, the people and the beach all surpassed our expectations. Perfect Ardrossan 1-bed flat 5 min to north beach.

I stayed here for two weeks while training at the Ayrshire Grooming Salon and had a fantastic experience. The flat was clean, quiet, and felt very homely, exactly what I needed after long days of training. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept so well throughout my stay. It’s also in a great location, just a short walk to Asda and several local restaurants. Everything I needed was close by. I’d definitely stay here again, highly recommended!
